Finally a great place I can trust. I've searched for the past 2 years and now I'm satisfied with all my spa needs. I read a negative review on the staff but on the contrary...I thought they were the sweetest ladies I've met in los angeles. Best facial!! and now I'm fully bare down there which my boyfriend loves. Don't be "haters" because the staff is really good looking. They put the beauty in beauty spa for sure. I guess I'm just a confident gal. I'm yours Belle Visage

the staff is HIP, CLEAN and Professional. My facial with Violet was unreal!!! What a great neck and face massage.Every facialist has been amazing!! oh...let's not forget Nurse Jamie the botox queen! Some of our lines need all the help you can get so thanks Nurse Jamie!!! U ROCK

I absolutely love belle visage. I recently went in because they we having a special on facials and it came with a free peel. My facial was great and my skin looks amazing! I've had so many complements on how good i look lately. Thanks belle visage!! :)

I have been to Belle Visage only once.

I actually went on to CitySearch to review them PRIOR to me even going there, but decided to still give them a try.

Their customer service is horrible, their RN is stuck up, and they would not return my call when I called to tell them that I had blisters on my bikini area caused by the laser hair removal I had done there.

I will NEVER return, and hope whomever reads this will not make the same mistake I made.

I don't know why there are any bad reviews about this place. They have the best staff and the best services. I always have so much fun when I go there. Can i just say that laser hair removal is the greatest invention of all time? the nurses are all really great and make me feel comfortable.

horrible staff

This place has got to have the most horrible staff of any spa out there. They are rude & very inexperienced! The front desk & nurse were very very rude. I also had the worst laser treatment you could ever imagine there. I was burned severly on my underarms. I had to wear a sleevless shirt for 2 days in order for me to tolerate the pain after the treatment (and the temperature out was 50 degrees out!)

I will never return, and will not recommend anyone to go there either.

SERIOUS SKINCARE, LOVELY STAFF

There's nothing that irritates me more than to pay a fortune just to get "pampered." For today's spa prices, I want SERIOUS SKINCARE. I want to walk out and see/feel a visible difference. For my money, this is the most thorough facial in the skincare industry. I've always battled skin problems and after three years of getting facials at Belle Visage - my skin is the best it's ever been. People have even commented on my "great skin!" The pedicures are amazing too - ask for the glycolic acid treatment on your feet - they will never be softer or more beautiful. Michael gives a great pedicure - ask for him. Tina gives a wonderful facial. I LOVE THIS PLACE. THE BEST INVESTMENT IN YOUR SKIN YOU COULD EVER MAKE.

• Cons: they book in advance for your favorite esthetician so call early

Waste of Money for Spa Week

They rush trough your facial, and they do NOTHING you could have not done at home. They didn't even ask about my skin condition or if I had any allergies. I walked out with mascara smeared under my eyes. The facial was suppossed to be over an hour, but I was out the door in 40 minutes. It was only 50 dollars but a couple of extractions are NOT worth that!
