To address your racist remarks

You are entitled to your own opinion. Please understand all people are not the same. I am of Armenian descent and take great offense to your remarks. You sound like a very racist person. My upbringing and socio economic background does not allow me to reciprocate in kind. The people you encountered are probably the lowest in the social strata. They are Armenians of Russian descent. They have lived under Soviet oppressive Regime and survived. Please understand this is a matter of class and not culture. This is similar to walking in downtown LA and encountering all the thugs and hustlers and saying that I hate the American Culture because they are all thugs!George Dukmejian, William Saroyan, Pasadena police Chief Bernard Melekian, Mannix are a few Armenians that you might recognize.

The worst place to go for shopping.

well i knew that armenians are known for there rude,and bad behaviour.but this place is worst.

the old guy who claims to be the owner is bastard.who does not have respect for anybody.the moment you enter the store they expect you to pay for even looking at the items."DONT EVER GO TO THIS SHOP" it is my honest advice you might want spend 10 $ more rather than facing these" BASTARDS". beside from bad customer service the quality is not so great also. i bought shoes from here and after 1 week shoes fall apart ,heel fall off and on contacting them there was no action ,all they could come up with was " no return no exchange".

THE WORST BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT EVER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NEGATIVE

NO MATTER HOW CHEAP OR HOW BAD YOU WANT A SUIT, NEVER, NEVER STEP FOOT INTO THIS STORE. THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE STORE YOU COULD GO INTO. FIRST THE "OWNER" IF YOU CAN CALL HIM THAT, IS THE RUDEST HUMAN ON EARTH. YOU CANNOT BROWSE AROUND WITHOUT A "CHAPERON" AND YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED AFEW MINUTES TO LOOK AROUND. THE FIRST FISR YOU LOOK AT THEY EXPECT YOU TO GRAB AND PAY FOR IT AND GET OUT OF THEIR STORE. THE OLD ARMENIAN DEMAGOGUE WHO CLAIMED TO OWN THE STORE SAID, "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT, YOU ARE BUYING CHEAP SUIT, THIS IS FAST FOOD, YOU GO TO MCDONALD, YOU GET CHEAP SERVICES, YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, GO TO MAY COMPANY. YOU CANNOT TEACH ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS" THIS MAN IS THE MOST HORRENDOUS PERSON WE EVER ENCOUNTER IN ANY BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT. OBVIOUSLY, TO US, HE COULD NOT HAVE OWNED THAT BUSINESS AND TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. WORD OF CAUTION TO WHOEVER THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS, GET RID OF THIS HORRIBLE APPARITION. IF PAUL JARDIN WANTS TO SUCCEED AS AN ORGANIZATION, GET YOUR PRODUCT OUT OF THIS STORE, UNLESS THIS TERRIBLE MAN WILL RUN YOUR BUSINESS TO THE GROUND. THIS MAN HAS DEFINITELY NEVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES BEFORE AND HE MUST JUST HAVE CRAWLED OUT FROM UNDER SOME ANCIENT ROCKS.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANY HUMAN. IF YOU HAVE A DOG YOU WANT TO BE CRUEL TO, MAY BE YOU CAN SEND IT TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THIS MAN IS WORSE THAN A DOG. THIS MAN ASKED US TO LEAVE THE STORE BECAUSE WE WANTED TO LOOK AT MORE THAN ONE SUIT BEFORE DECIDING. TO HIM, WE WERE WASTING THEIR TIME. ALL THE ATTENDANTS WERE EQUALLY AS RUDE AS THE SO-CALLED OWNER, IT SEEMS THAT THEIR PURPOSE WAS TO HURRY YOU OUT OF THE STORE. IF THIS IS A FRANCHISE, IT IS RECOMMENDED TO THE OWNER TO REMOVE THEIR FRANCHISE FROM THESE INCORRIGIBLE BUNCH OF CAVEMEN, OTHERWISE YOUR BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN THE TUBE. WE WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY.

• Cons: GET RID OF THE PEOPLE RUNNING THIS PLACE OR CLOSE IT.

Horrible Family-Owned Business

Huge mistake going here. Suits were BAD quality. The sales lady was rude. And get this...you cannot wander in the store by yourself. You need a sales rep with you at all times! They may have a problem with theft but running the store like a Gulag and treating every customer with suspicion is insulting. It was obvious they have no respect for the American tradition of treating customers with respect. There were no smiles from this "lovely" family when we entered their store and I'm glad we ended up storming out of there without spending a dime. These should have clued me in: there were NO OTHER customers in the store. Also, the GOING OUT FOR BUSINESS sign. First of all, it's "Going out OF business" not "FOR". They deserve the failure they've created. No customer service mean no customers.

• Cons: Nasty owners, CHEAP suits, Scary location
