Not rude at all.

I comletely disagree with the statement made about the employees being rude. And if the game doesn't work, you can return it. Please refrain from lying. If you return a game claiming it did not work, they will test it. And if I really does not work they will replace the game with a working copy. I'm sure you were one of those people who ended p not liking the game and tried tto return it claiming it didn't work. I HIGHLY recomend game dude. Specially for those first time game buyers. Plenty oglf help if provided, if needed of course, by employees.
- Pros: Example: best croissants in town
- Cons: What are the drawbacks?
Overpriced and Really Rude....

All I can say is don't come here if you have access to ordering things online. First, the staff was extremely rude, which baffled me because I don't understand why Game Dude would hire such rude employees if customers HAVE to interact with them. Second, they are way overpriced for no refunds or exchanges. Meaning if your console or game doesn't work, tough luck. They still keep your money while you get stuck with a broken piece. I had to learn the hard way. Stay away from this place, I'm sure you'll be much happier if you got something that didn't work and atleast got refunded for it.
- Pros: Parking and Game Selection
- Cons: Rude staff, no refunds or exchanges even if console or game doesn't work, Rude staff
Excellent help for first time gamers

I have a 12 year old that got his first game from Game Dude when he was 8. They are very respectful of kids and take their queries seriously to find out what kind of games they would like. The one reviewer who dissed them - all I can say is you must have been arrogant and demanding. They do not pander. So what? My only issue is that my kid is addicted to gaming and I wish he had never started in the first place.
- Pros: extensive selection
- Cons: they do not pay much for used games; hours are not great if you work.
What's that I hear? Harps?

Oh joyful day, Oh glorious morn!
The gaming gods have truly shined their divine light upon this store!
I just went to Game Dude for the first time to buy my new addition to the family, baby 360.
Such a massive selection this store has, honestly... I'm talking from Atari to Recent and Rare,
it's a big honkin' slice of gaming heaven!
I have no idea what the previous review was talking about, the staff was very friendly.
Perhaps they're confusing false salesman with genuine nice relaxed gamers.
If you have any questions just ask, they're more then able to answer them.
Normally workers don't want to shout "hello" upon your first entering
( FYI: it's just to make sure you won't steal).
See these workers aren't on commission, meaning they won't pester you to buy unnecessary things.
So if you want to be pressured into starting up a subscription or a card of some sort, head over to your chain game store.
Leave the haven to the ones who appreciate it.
- Pros: Good Service, Amazing Selection, Reasonable Prices
Worst game store ever?

Yes, large selection. Sometimes, that isn't everything. You will never find a more irritating staff anywhere. Video games are supposed to be fun. Yet buying them (or selling them) at this store will make you downright miserable. Spend that extra $5 and go to your friendly neighborhood game store with the guys that enjoy chatting with you about games and at least have a smile on their face when you make a purchase.
A little pricey, but still worth it. by Eric W. at InsiderPages

This place has a great selection of used video games. I am not a huge video gamer, and find it difficult to throw down $40-50 for a new game, so used is the way I go. The prices here are good, but not great. You can for sure find lower prices online. But the nice thing about this establishment is that they buy back used games which you can use for store credit. So it ends up a better deal for me instead of buying and selling online.
PROS: great selection. buy back old games
CONS: a bit pricey

Game Dude indeed has a great selection of video games and accessories to fullfill all your video game addiction needs. They have the latest and newest games as well as old classics that are a must have by any video game enthusiast.
A great place for kids as well, since they usually love video games too.

This is a great place to go. You can recycle all of the games you don't play anymore. Being that they sell used games, you can find them for alot cheaper here. They have accessories and games, for any video game system you might have. You can find really good deals here. They even have buy1 get 1 sales every now and then.
