I personally feel that the stretch mark procedure coolbeam is a hoax. I had a child when I was 19 and I was sooo hoping that the procedure would've offered me some results but it didn't plus the services are not cheap. I feel like I wasted my money. I am Beyonce' skin tone and I was told that the treatments should've worked pretty good on my skin, but it didn't . I'm really disappointed because I'm only 24 years of age and my hopes were set so high. I'm 5'6 and I weigh about 137 and I am beautiful but it seems like because I was always a beauty, I was punished with these ugly stretch marks on my arms and my thighs. I don't care about my the ones on my stomach as much but I would love to go to a beach and at least be able to put on a one piece bathing suit but I have these stretch marks on my upper thigh that I hate. And the ones on my arms are embarrassing as well and those came about when I was on birth control and I picked up weight then lost the weight. I just pray everyday for a miracle because I have a really pretty face like Halle Berry but I'm sooo hoping to at least improve the appearance on my stretch mark to the point that it is only noticeable to me and not others. No one knows that I'm so insecure because of my stretch marks. I don't even like meeting guys or making love with the lights on because i'm soo embarrassed by these marks. I use to love shopping at Victoria Secret for bra and underwears but now I don't even care about shopping for bra and underwear. It is not like I can prance around with just my bra and underwears in front of my boyfriend. Also, I have emailed the doctor and he has never written me back! I did read his comments that he posted up on this site about we can email him, but that is a JOKE because he will NOT WRITE YOU BACK!! Trust me when I tell you all, DONT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE MONEY BECAUSE U CAN'T AND WONT GET IT BACK!!! Now I see why the COOLBEAM Service is not talked about any longer!!

Pros: It is a very nice facility and the people are nice in my opinion

Cons: I was mislead on the results and I never seen any other patients before and after photos

i went to epione yesterday and i must tell you i have been to all sort dermatologist center in beverly hills. Dr ouariom is the best. Im african american model that got a whole lot of breakouts sundenlly. its been 24 hrs and my acne are already going on away! I love their staff absolutely lovely enviroment. for all you ppl, saying its costly. Its your choice. im sure they didnt tie a rope around your neck to do a procedure its def not by force, treatments vary from skin to skin. so just because something might not work for you dont mean the doctor is bad. He is actually one of the best! so pls stop the trash talking!

My experience with this company was expensive, painful and super stressful. My consultation did not prepare me at all for what I was about to go through. My “simple” procedure required several follow up appointments to get it right (and for the record…they never got it right). It was truly horrible and really scary. Before the Dr. has a chance to claim that I am not a real patient…let me assure you I would give anything not to be a real patient! I would email you, Dr., to discuss it but unless you plan on giving me my money back with a sincere apology…I don’t really have anything to say. I would encourage prospective clients to go elsewhere. Don’t be fooled by the address and fake praise on city search.

My wife and I had gone to over 3 different doctors for stretch mark removal before we came across epione and Dr. Ourian. His staff was great and his technique even better. My wife has a dark yet olive toned skin which made it difficult for doctors in the past to remove the stretch marks my wife had on her hip. After the use of 2 different lasers at different strengths, and about 4 treatments Dr. Ourian was able to give us great results.

This Dr. has it all a private office, caring staff, professional service and complementary parking. I was treated like a VIP even though I only went to receive a few botox injections. Dr Ourian has an amazing technique, which allows him to inject with no pain. he is so careful with what he does despite the other complaints others seem to have against him.

Great service from the moment you step in the door, and sign in to the time you have spoken to the Dr. and are out the door. highly recomended

Contrary to the prior comment, I was able to see the doctor before I made any decisions or I paid a dime. Althought there was a 5-10 minute wait, he explained the procedures and answered any concerns I had about the treatments being recomended.

All I have to say about this place is that the consultants at Epione are terribly inefficient and rude. Though the girls at the front desk are nice, my first experience with consulting was a bad one. Just as one of the previous reviewers mentioned, they just wanted me to sign a bunch of papers and didn't give me enough time to read through it all. That's not a good sign in my book. The total lack of sincerity and the fact that you have to pay $500 to even consult with the actual doctor is not worth it. There are plenty of other doctors out there with a caring and sincere staff who will make you feel comfortable, not just another walking paycheck.

Pros: Clean facility

Cons: Dishonesty and pressure to buy a service

Timing is always excellent, In Quick, Out Quick, Lovely is also exceptionaly kind and patient. I was also treated by Yitca who was extremely helpful and knowledgeble

they provided wonderful service and were very reassuring, overall the service is excellent, just wish the Newpot Beach office was availible more than a few days a monthfor procedures. But I love everyone here they are very friendly.
