This is my first time to write an online review in my entire life. I couldn't help not writing it because I was very shocked.

Friday, I talked with Dr. Masterson's nurse on the phone about my test results. She said that I had a possibility of miscarriage, so I needed to see a different doctor (Maternal and Fetal Medicine) Monday morning for ultrasound. She also said that I have an infection, so I needed to start taking an antibiotic right way.

When I asked, the nurse insisted that my pharmacy needed to call her because she wouldn't call them. (I had never seen a doctor's office that refused to call a pharmacy for prescriptions, so I was very surprised.) So, I asked my pharmacy. They said that they had called Dr. Masterson's office and left a message. Meanwhile, I was crying because I was so worried about miscarriage. (I called her office to ask additional questions, but the person's voice who took a call was very cold and short. When I asked if I could talk with a nurse again, the answer was No, you cannot, instead of She is not available right now.)

Around 5:30 PM, I called my pharmacy to see my prescription was ready. Then, my pharmacy said that Dr. Masterson's office had never called them back, so my prescription was not ready. I panicked and contacted Dr. Masterson's emergency line. Both the person who took my emergency call and my pharmacy were very kind and did their best to reach Dr. Masterson, but she didn't respond to us until around 8:40 PM.

When Dr. Masterson was finally connected to me, she was in extremely bad mood. She yelled at me that it was my responsibility to confirm that my prescription was filled before 5 PM. She kept repeating, Do you understand!? Horrible experience

I waited an hour for my first appointment with Dr Masterson, which she rushed through. Nobody ever apologized for the wait.

I recently went to the ER b/c of some pain, and found out I have a complex ovarian cyst. The ER told me to see my GYN immediately. When I called to make an appointment, her nurse said she doesn't work on Wednesdays and they couldn't help me. The nurse told me I should find another doctor if I think this is an emergency.

I suppose Dr. Masterson told them to fit me in, because they called me back and said she should see me ASAP. She coldly told me it could be cancer. She spent not even 5 minutes with me and left. I deserved more information than she told me.

I have been awaiting test results from her that were supposed to arrive yesterday. Nobody from her office called me. I called to ask about them, and one of the nurses told me that if tests are normal, the staff files them away and doesn't call. Needless to say, I never got a call back from the staff. So I'm waiting over the weekend for a test that supposedly is supposed to tell me if I may have cancer. She never called to ask me how I'm doing - just tells me I might have cancer and washes her hands with it.

I called on a Saturday because I thought I might be having a medical emergency (but wasn't sure, since I'm not a doctor), and she yelled at me. Didn't even remember who I was (she told me about the cancer 2 days ago), asked if I was pregnant (I'm NOT) and yelled at me for calling. Said if I was really worried, I'd just have to get squeezed in on Monday so she could look at my charts.

She's a professional, and weekends are an expected part of that job for any professional, let alone a doctor. I have never encountered a professional so cold and unprofessional. I didn't know she'd been on Oprah and Dr. Phil or I NEVER would have gone to see her. This just makes it worse. Please don't waste your time seeing her. Her staff is rude, and she is worse. Run, run, run away.
