Holiday Inn Express, WLA has a heart?

I am a frequent business traveler, but this particular trip was personal. My stepfather had a major cancer surgery, and in the end was at UCLA Medical Center for nearly 30 days. Although they live in Long Beach, I didn?t want my ailing Mother driving in LA traffic to UCLA every day, particularly under such stressful circumstances.
Initially I left a message for the manager of this hotel to discuss a week long stay for my Mother which would include some special needs. Not only did he call me back on his day off, he offered to do anything within his power to help our family?his words ?this should be the least of your worries during this difficult time?. His words and kindness touched me deeply. As the weeks past, and my Mother?s stay lengthened day by day, the manager and his staff continued to show their kindness and concern for our situation.
I have made Holiday Inn my first choice when traveling on business for the past 7 years. But now I have more reasons than ever to choose their chain. They are not only a business partner, but more importantly I consider the Holiday Inn family a friend.

Clean, conveniently located

This hotel is perfect if you are in LA for business. It is centrally located, clean and offers a very good breakfast. I was very comfortable here.
The personnel at reception was quite helpful with my various needs such as taxi requests and I found the service to be friendly and efficient.
If you are in LA on business, this Holiday Inn will suit your needs.
Budget-minded travelers appreciate amenities like complimentary breakfast buffet and a kids-stay-free policy.
