My son was bitten by a neighbor's dog. I searched online to find a lawyer near our area and Rodney Mesriani's name came up. I called his office and got his secretary. The secretary knows what she was doing because she immediately transferred me to Rodney's attorney handling dog bite cases because he was out of the office. The attorney, a young lady, was very accommodating and systematic in telling me my kid's rights. That night, I was surprised to get a call from Rodney himself. He even apologized for not being able to get back to me during the day. Bottom line, I was happy with the settlement. More than that, Rodney and his staff made it easy for me and my family to cope with what happened. Now we have moved on. Thanks to Rodney and his efficient staff. Truly a legal eagle unlike some lawyers I've dealt with in the past.

TIGER and a CAREBEAR

Rodney was referred to me by my officemate who had an accident last year. I was with this officemate when I was rear-ended. He immediately gave me Rodney's number and true enough, he advised me on what to do right then and there. More than a TIGER, I think he is also a CAREBEAR. He is a soft spoken guy. Same with his staff who is always polite over the phone. Sometimes I know I get to be demanding but I never remembered anybody from his office who gave me an attitude over the phone. More power to you Rodney and thanks a lot.

I've been referring cases to Mr. Mesriani ever since he handled my car accident case a couple of years ago. So far all my friends have good feedback. The staff are all very polite. For my case, the staff gave me updates almost every week and whenever I ask to speak with Mr. Mesriani to discuss one matter or another, Mr. Mesriani almost always accommodated me. Having referred a lot of cases to Mr. Mesriani, I know that joe could not have been their client for almost two years because Mr. Mesriani's staff make it a point to set a one year deadline for injury cases.

Luckier than You

I think it is a bit unfair. Well, we encounter difficulties from time to time. We cannot avoid disagreeing with some people. And I am not a stranger to that – people who work in law firms are truly meticulous – that’s part of their job, to ask questions that will help clients like us in the end. But I think it is a bit rash to judge the firm based solely on the mistakes of a few people. Altogether, I am satisfied with Mr. Mesriani’s handling of my case and I believe he had fully given me the medical and legal assistance I need. Well, you can call it luck but I came across his website while looking for a car accident lawyer online and true enough I got what I want from my case.

so disappointed!

mr. mesriani immediately got me a doctor to help with my injuries. but has yet to give me any sign of closing my case. the team of people he has working for him are his downfall. i met him , he seems nice and intelligent but you dont personally deal with him. you deal with his unintelligent and very confusing staff. the women i have dealt with often didnt comprehend a thing i was saying and still do not even understand my case. they have insulted me on the phone. i would never recommend his services unless he changed his entire staff. honestly. even the secretary doesnt know how to work the phones. the whole experience has been a nightmare. i even began to wonder if i was crazy. im not. these people are bad at their jobs. for those that got good service you got lucky or he knew he could get alot of money from your case. the woman i am still deal ing with, almost two years later, doesnt even know what my case is about and started telling me " well your asking for alot for a *****ed ********". my response was "thats not what we are suing for, i didnt even injure my ********". her response " well ill have to look into that". MORON.

Rodney Mesriani truely is an amazing lawyer, he is caring, aggressive and follows up with you all of the time. he is very knowledgeable, he is fair and best at what he does, i used his services and i am very happy, got me a great settlement. i highly recommend him. he is a very sharp lawyer .

Malicious Statement

Cigarlover?s words are just too malicious. He might be unaware on Mr. Mesriani?s credibility in the practice of law. I have known Rodney even before he has established the firm. His compassion with the victims of injustice is quite remarkable. I challenge everyone who doubts Rodney?s professional capabilities to provide concrete details of his dishonest practices and do not just give insubstantial and irresponsible accusations.

Missing the Best Parts

I respect the first reviewer's opinion. But I disagree with some his description of Rodney Mesriani because I know him very differently.

Rodney represented me in a case. He is very professional and I would say he treated me fairly; I got a good compensation settlement for my injury. I know quite a number of other clients whom Rodney Mesriani helped and successfully represented. I have known him to be a good, credible lawyer with 15 years of solid professional practice. Why, he even has his public service radio program at KRLA 870 AM radio. And I referred some friends to him and they are satisfied with the services they got.

The first reviewer surely missed the best parts of Rodney's career.
