Was referred to Dr Moore a couple of years ago for sprained knee. No wait in his office. He examined me, reviewed my x-rays, showing me what he was seeing. Said damage was all to soft tissue, recommended no surgery, but taking it easy and resting knee until it healed on its own. It took a while, but it eventually did just that and I'm glad I didn't pursue surgery or any more chiropractic treatment, which I believe were reinjuring and prolonging healing.
