Considering the taste and quality of the food, this placed is overpriced. Their Ocean location isn't listed but I have to mention but I would HIGHLY recommend you do not go there. I assume that all LB Mosher's are owned by the same proprietor ... and it looks like he doesn't seem to be selective at all when it comes to staffing and is unfamiliar with the concept of customer service. I went into the newly opened Ocean location Grand Prix weekend a little after the regular opening time and they hadn't opened yet. Fifteen minutes later we return to place our orders, which we had to repeat twice to the incompetent cashier. The person we assume is the owner came in with several people and took their orders after we had placed ours, and served them personally immediately after, before we even received our order. We were the only other customers and it took what seemed over 20 minutes to receive our order, which we discovered when we got home was missing an item. We went back to Mosher's and spoke with the owner who offered no apologies for the mistake and rather looked at us as if we were trying to pull a fast one on him ... then proceeded to scold the cashier in front of us. HORRIBLE customer service by not only the cashier, who has been extremely inappropriate on other occassions (harassing female patrons) and by who I assume is the owner himself (very rude ... didn't even greet us or apologize for the error ... gave us attitude, even). After food customer service is supposed to be next in importance. Isn't that what keeps customers coming back? Unless you want HORRIBLE service and mediocre food, do NOT go here.
Cons: HORRIBLE Customer Service (even from Owner), Incompetent Staff, Overpriced
