I'm from the northeast, so this was new to me, but once I got started, I can't stop. Artery clogging fried goodness served in huge portions... It's all about craving. I've rarely gone without standing at the end of my meal to realize that i've eaten far too much.
Pros: It's what you really want
Cons: pace yourself
