Friendly Chinatown Gallery

A small open plan gallery in the gallery district of Chinatown. Goldman has consistently presented thought provoking exhibits (they tend to change every 6 weeks) and favors mixed media work and installation pieces. Mary, the owner, is usually in the gallery and is more than willing to answer questions about the artwork or the gallery. She mainly shows local and emerging artists and this combined with the rather rough interior of the gallery contribute to a laidback gallery that lacks pretension.

• Cons: Lack of Parking, Closed half the week
