I love Hernandez Carpet!

I have purchased carpet and flooring on numerous occasions and they are nothing short of perfection. From their wonderful Customer Service to their incredible prices, I can't say enough! Everytime I needed help with my selections they made me feel at home and have great product knowledge. All my friends and family use Hernandez Carpet and nobody has beaten their prices! I highly recommend them. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!

Worst Customer Service EVER!

I recently remodeled my home, and was in the market for carpet. I was told that Hernadez Carpet had good prices. I went and found the prices to be average. I was in a rush so I decided to just go with them. I called the person who was helping me and he did not return my call for 3 days. Finally I told him I wanted to purchase the carpet so he said he would be sending over an installer. Once the in staller left I called them back, and again I had to wait 3 days to hear from him. When I finally paid I was promised that they would install the carpet the next day. Guess what? They never showed up. I ended up waiting 2 days for an installer to show up

Over priced, terrible quality, awful customer service

They have worse prices than The Home Depot. As an installer for and licensed contractor I would recommend you don’t go to this place. They should call them self’s terrible serves form the hood. Note most of there products are stuff that have some kind of defect, or damaged. Awful customer service
