Sushi Mac

The best sushi place! It is very affordable and the quality of sushi is great. Everything on the menu is $2.75. The seating, you sit at the sushi bar, pencil down what rolls you want and the chef makes it right there in front of you. Sushi on a budget is the greatest thing ever! FYI cash only!

The Real Sushi Mac Review
by dtator at Citysearch
Everyone here is crazy. Listen, you don't go to sushi mac for real sushi. Its really tasty stuff, its not of incredibly fresh quality, but it is very addictive. I mean, what do you expect for 2.75 a plate. All the people who are bashing sushi mac for having bad quality sushi obviously don't understand what Sushi Mac is trying to provide. They give their customers a great environment with tasty food that resembles something much more expensive. I highly recoomend roll #35, Spicy tuna with shrimp tempura and spicy mayo on top.
- Pros: Parking, Value, Taste
- Cons: Not "Real " Sushi, the place is not the cleanest looking.
they are rude- bad quality not always fresh

It was good. I don't like mayo but the spicy mayo was off the hook! I liked the overall taste of the sushi but the place my bf and I usually go to has a fresher taste. The price was right and I might go back for a quickie from time to time.can't wait to try Daichan Kaiten nest week.
- Pros: Cheap,Good tasting sushi
- Cons: Parking
Good, cheap sushi!
by victoria_bonaventure at Citysearch
The waitstaff is helpful, the sushi is delicious, and you can't get a better deal in or around Los Angeles.
- Pros: $2.75 a plate, it's the best deal in town
- Cons: hard to park
Avoid at all costs
by colleenkomalley at Citysearch
Sure it's cheap - they even do the math for you with a handy chart of how much X number of plates at $2.75 dishes cost you. But the price you'll pay later as the low grade fish hits your stomach will be much higher. i don't know what everyone could be thinking to give this place such high marks. Clearly they've never tasted quality fish.
- Pros: Absolutely none
- Cons: Tasteless low grade fish
