Best spine therapists in Los Angeles

I've tried all sorts of pilates instructors for chronic back pain after my failed spine surgery, but Caroline and Jennifer Cheng at Harmony seem to be the only two people who have been able to help reduce my pain and increase my core strength ALL IN A COUPLE OF VISITS!

Of course I'm not healed in just a couple of visits, but the fact I obtained significant relief in such a short amount of time after shelling out tons of money on orthopedic surgeons and physical therapists should demonstrate how much they can help you too.

Great Pilates environment

Patricia has been my Pilates instructor for the past five years. She really understands how the body works, and instructs you in a way that is appropriate for your physique. Patricia is basically the only Pilates instructor I have worked with, but I guess I didn't realize how good she is until I bought my sister some sessions with Patricia as a gift, and she told me that Patricia is absolutely the best instructor she has ever worked with. I guess I just got lucky. Harmon Studios is kept very clean, plays soothing music, and is surrounded by lovely Chinese silk trees. Parking can sometimes be dicey, but not enough to keep me from coming back. There is also some cardio equipment and Gyrotonics.

friendly, beautiful and best instruction

When I walked into the studio, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly face. I took a quick look around and saw a beautiful studio. It's a nice clean environment and the people were all beautiful. I don't think I have ever seen so many people working out and all smiling. It was as if Mary Poppins had opened a studio, everything was perfect- even the music. I decided to stay for a session. They offer both gyrotonic and pilates... and more, just ask the sunshine behind the front desk. I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be returning. Oh, and when I left... I FELT WONERFUL!

Top teachers in a soothing, hip space.

This is a place where one will find teachers who create programs specific to you, not just teach you the exercises they know. IMHO there is a difference. I consider Harmony the top studio in town.

Most Amazing Studio

I have worked out in many different Pilates studios over the course of the last few years and I found Harmony Studios to be clean, uplifting, and a positive atmosphere. The instructors are all knowledgeable and I found them able to instruct me without being pushy. I was most impressed with the variety of equipment and its cleanliness. I strongly recommend Harmony Studios.

Fantastic instructors who tailor each work-out to your abilities and experience - they all know what they're doing. Spacious, clean, well-equipped studio. A great vibe. In a nutshell, after your first work-out at Harmony, you'll be wondering why you didn't check it out sooner.

I love Harmony!

Harmony is the greatest pilates studio in town. They have so much more than just pilates - gyrotonics, matt classes, cardio machines, etc. I've worked with 3 different instructors there and they are all amazing. Not to mention the studio is so pretty, clean and tranquil.
