No, thank you!

I've driven by Harmony Yoga many times since it's located on PCH. I decided to give it a try one day since it's really close to my house. Wel, I won't be going back. The class was disappointing and the instructor wasn't very friendly to me (and I was a newcomer!) The class was not as challenging as I had hoped either. There are plenty of great yoga studios in the South Bay, so I won't be coming back here again! No thanks.

Check out Chappy's power flow class and you will not be disappointed. The yoga is challenging, he plays great music, and I must admit - his hot body is easy on the eyes.;) Just be prepared to liberate yourself from any preconceptions you have about yoga. This will be a unique experience for you. Trust the process and embrace the dance.

Not harmonious at all!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The building is not well kept and the workers there are not very friendly. Didn't have a pleasant experience.

I have been to few yoga studios and this one by far is the worst. Usually i feel elated after doing yoga, but not here. The studio is comprised of one tiny yoga room, mediocre instructors (explains why class was far from full), and right next to traffic down pch and a MASSIVE power plant - quite unsightly!!

I really expected a pleasant experience but was so disappointed! Save your time and do not go here!!!!
