I was using another company that was late, cars smelled and i always had to find the driver! I have been using limo companies for years and Paramount Limo has been the best. Personal service and follow-up, never late and great cars. Great Service!

As a way to thank my friends for all there support during my divorce I decided to host a divorce party. I rented a limo for 5 hours and took a ride up the coast towards Malibu. Along the way we were dropped off for dinner at "The Chart House" and then continued our journey for a couple more hours along the coast. I came across Paramount Limo in Beverly Hills and got a price better than I had expected. I told them the exact type of limo I wanted and they were able to accomodate me without hesitation. They informed me in advance as to my drivers name and asked if there was anything special I may need in the limo. On the day of my event the driver was on time and very personable. He took care of anything I needed in order to make my guests comfortable. About 20 of my friends went and to this day I continue to hear how much fun they had. Thank you Paramount Limousine for such great service. I will definately keep you in mind for future events.

I fly in and out of LAX and I have been using Paramount Limo for 6 months now. They are reliable, friendly and always on time. I have never had a problem with them and have always recommended them to any of my friends/clients. I just started using their services for leisure on the weekends and again, have never had a flaw. Their service and drivers are top notch!

I recently used this company to help make my husband's birthday a special day. I specifically ordered one of their L-Series limousines in black (basically a regular Lincoln with some extra leg room). Since it was just the two of us, I didn't want anything bigger...it just seemed silly. The day before our event I called and confirmed the reservation. The next day the office called again to confirm-one hour before I expected to leave the house. Needless to say, I wasn't very confident in them at this point. The driver then called me directly asking for directions to my home. By this time, it was 10 minutes before I expected a pickup. For those who know LA, he was at the 10 & 405 fwys. I live close to the 134 & 210. I have to say I was fuming, as we had a dinner reservation in an hour. When the driver pulled up in an obnoxious white stretch limo all I could do was shake my head in disgust. He was thankful as I handed him hastily printed directions to the restaurant (even though I'd previously given the reservationist the address when I originally called). By the time we finally left the house we had less than 30 minutes to get to Calabasas (in the Malibu Canyon). We made our reservation with 3 minutes to spare-thanks to some speeding by our sloppily dressed and disheveled driver. To top it off, at the end of the evening, we had to specifically tell him which way to go on the freeways and then he missed the transition. So we ended up giving him alternate directions on the street. When he finally dropped us off at home he inquired about his tip...if I'd previously paid it or if we'd be giving him one. Overall, I have to say I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. I would have been happier with them if they'd said they couldn't take my business because they didn't have the vehicle I wanted or an available driver. I definitely would have respected them more.
