best nail salon in la!!

i was at nail garden a little over a week ago, and i had a very nice experience. everyone there is super friendly, and i lovd how they always make time for you.. i dont think ive ever had to wait more than 5minutes! (awesome) and wow my nails still look GREAT, i did the new axium color gel and my nails look like i just did them! i love it, and of course my pedi is still looking fresh as always!

great service

I was very impressed by the receptionist in the front. She very helpful. It was my first time there and I didnt know how the combos worked. The receptionist expalined everything to me detail by detail and I was impressed with the service i recieved today. Thank you very much! I will definently be returning, I found my new nail salon. THANK YOU TO JULIE AND ANI. I enjoyed every minute of my time spent there. (they also have delicious french vanilla)

Best Mani Pedi

When i first went to nail garden i was a little worried only because i am known to complain about every detail on my nails and i warn the manicurist ahead of time about my disease! i was actually surprised and very impressed with how the manicurist was attentive to my needs which was a plus off the bat for me. She asked me if i wanted a callus remover and i told her i was too sensitive for that so she willingly worked extra on my calluses because they were a mess. I was very thrilled with my experience there and i will definitely be returning!

Terrible Service

When I arrived it was chaos. Girl behind the counter was short and rude. The chair I was given was dirty and not clean. There were cut nails from previous person and I had to ask to clean my chair. The girl that did my manicure cut me and I started bleeding. I asked for another girl since the first one caused me to bleed and she did the shape of my nails round instead of sqare. Then she had the nerves to tell me I needed to ask for "real sqare" ??? I was charged full price! Advice: money is not everything service is!

Best Nail Shop in Los Angeles

No appointment needed, Attention to detail, comfy setting. Everything was clean and everyone was so nice. I enjoyed the manicure so much I added on a neck/shoulder massage. i also got a design done on my nails and I never do that at the other places.

Nail Garden is GREAt

it was my first time at nail garden and i will defintly be back with my girlfriends! They have a variety of OPI colors which is awesome, no cheap old nail polishes here. i was seated immediately after picking my color and got to choose from the different manicure pedicure combos, which i thought was cool. i had a relaxing and enjoyable experience and my nails look great!! it was an overall great experience.

Want awesome nails???

Nail Garden is by far the best nail salon i have been to! I get compliments on my nails all of the time. I told my friends and even their moms to go there, and they were all very pleased. I've been going herefor over a year now and I'm not planning on switching to another salon. Thanks to them I always have amazing nails! :)

hurried and not very good atmoshpere

I went in to get my eyebrows done and the whole process took about five minutes, they didn't even clean the wax off afterwards. When she was done doing my eyebrows, she said we're done and left the room. I would not go back.

overrated

i made an appointment a week ahead for 5 of my friends to get mani/pedis and when i called they said all of us would be seated together and could get our mani/pedis at the same time together. when we got there, the place was packed and i came 15 min before my appointment like i was told, and they said we couldn't be seated all together b/c there were no more spots. when i called they specifically said they would reserve it for all 6 of us to be seated together but then they separated all of us, one person on the other end of the room, other person on the opposite. we couldn't even talk to eachother and had to get our mani/pedis all at different times. my 2 friends had to wait longer until more seats were available until they were finally served. i felt really rushed and they told us we had to move seats to make room for other customers, so once they finished doing my nails i had to move to a regular chair. the mani/pedi wasn't anything special and i was the only one of all my friends to be offered some coffee so i had to ask the receptionist myself if my friends could get some too, and i also had to serve them myself. i thought it would be really nice since all the ratings were super good but it was just overrated and i don't think i'll be returning there.

number one!

I have been going to nail garden for two years now, and I have really enjoyed every visit. The place is cute and clean. The staff is wonderful, and they all do excellent work. Great massage chairs and a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure their clients are comfortable and happy. I highly recommend Nail Garden!
