Door and Window Plus did a awesome job installing my Amerimax vinyl windows and patio slider. Very happy how the windows and door turned out. Bryan was our salesman and gave us a great price and made sure the job was done right. Everyone we worked with were very professional and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Door and Window Plus provided excellent service. We got Amerimax vinyl windows at an affordable price. I am very satisfied with the workmanship on the installation of the Amerimax vinyl windows. My Brea house never looked better. The workers were very nice and showed pride in their workmanship. Very happy and would use Door and Window Plus again.

Great Experience - No Problems

I was very pleased with the way my windows turned out. Door and Window Plus was very professional. They sent out a salesman to my house that quoted me on a few different brands. I picked Milgard because I thought it was a good value and liked the way it looked and the features it had. Customer service was great. They called me before they were coming out and worked with me on the date so I didnt have to miss any work.

Great Customer Service, Painless Experience

I really like the way I was treated at Door and Window Plus when I decided to get new vinyl windows. I got some estimates from other companies but was very confused because the salesman from each company told me conflicting information and didnt seem to answer my quesions. I found Door and Window Plus on the internet and called them for a in home estimate. Door and Window Plus sent some out that week and he told me about the company and the windows they sold. I decided to get the Amerimax since I wanted a good quality window that would last a long time. The price was cheaper then the other estimates and Door and Window Plus walked me through the process of getting the windows installed. After I signed the contract they sent out the installer to take the measurements and then ordered the windows. In less then 4 weeks I had my vinyl windows installed. The installers were very nice and asked me what bathroom to use and cleaned up after the job was done. I had 10 windows replaced and paid $4350 out the door for my Amerimax windows.

Poor customer service--avoid!

I bought an entry door at what I thought was a good price. However, the salesperson's attitude changed when I told him that I was having someone else do the installation. He started to nickel and dime me on "extras" and I told him to forget it. I called back the next day to see if the door was still available and he said it was sold. I went down there 2 days later and the door was still there and was NOT sold. I bought the door because of the big discount I was getting (it was a disontinued model). The owner of the place personally sold it to me and he could not answer me when I asked why his salesman had told me the door had been sold LOL. The molding for the door was not available so I had to wait 2 weeks while it was fabricated. I picked up the door and the moldings and had my installer do the installation. The door looked great except Door and Window Plus gave me a mis-matched set of moldings; i.e., the wood pattern on one piece was different than the rest. I took the molding back and they agreed to replace the mis-matched piece. When I went back to pick it up, I was given a complete set and told that they could not match the molding they had given me previously. So now, my installer has to remove the 4 of the 6 pieces of molding he had already installed and replace it with the new ones. He is not going to do this for free. I spoke to the owner of Door and Window Plus and he said it was not his company's responsibility to install the new molding even though his company provided me with a mis-matched set. Were they hoping that my installer or I wouldn't notice that the molding didn't match? If they knew the set was mis-matched, why didn't they just tell me and make a complete set? Instead, I have to pay the installer twice for the same job.

Save yourself some headaches and go somewhere else for your door or window needs--these people do not stand behind their work.

Long Beach - Beautiful Vinyl Windows

Wanted to thank Door and Window Plus for doing such a great job on replacing my vinyl windows at my home in Long Beach. Very easy company to deal with. No games with the pricing. Very straight forward. From Bryan coming out to my house and showing me the windows and how Door and Window Plus was going to install the windows to the installation date 4 weeks later. I had some other estimates and the salesman just seemed to try to pressure me into signing the contract. The salesman never mentioned in detail the warranty of the window they were selling or the company's installation warranty. Bryan on the other hand showed me each brands warranty and their installation warranty in writing. Would Highly Recommend Door and Window Plus.

Great Looking Vinyl Windows - Los Angeles

We had Door and Window Plus install new vinyl replacement windows in our home in Los Angeles and are extremely happy with the outcome. The whole process was easy. The installers were excellent and where very courteous and did the job quickly and efficiently. Job well done. No pressure sale was key.

Great Customer Service

The reason why we chose Door and Window Plus to replace and install new vinyl windows on our house was because customer service is definitely top priority with Door and Window Plus. From day one when we called for a quote, to the actual quote itself, right through to installation and cleaning of the windows. Thank you for keeping in touch with us the entire way and a special thanks to Danny for all the hard work he did installing the windows. We are very pleased with the amount of heat and energy we are saving by having the new windows. In fact, our house was warmer almost immediately after they were put in! We would not hesitate to recommend Door and Window Plus to our friends and family and would definitely use your company again if we needed to. Would Highly Recommend if anyone wants to replace their current windows with vinyl windows.
