Incredible Doctor

Dr Kaplan is extremely thorough, knowledgeable and his treatment for rosacea simply works. Been to at least three dermatologists in the area and they were good but Dr Kaplan is by far the best out there. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.

I went here for Mohs surgery for Basel Cell Carcinoma. I think Dr. Kaplan did an amazing job. Nothing but praise for his skin cancer surgery skills.

Best Dermatologist, Best Service, Best Staff, Best Results - Hands Down! Look No Further

Dr. Kaplan is the best dermatologist I have ever seen. I wish I was referred to him 16+ years ago. I would have saved thousands and thousands of dollars and my skin would never have gotten to the point it was. I was referred by a friend and made the 2-3 drive from San Diego because he was honestly my last resort. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly staff who brought me straight to my room. Dr. Kaplan came in and spent almost an hour with me explaining my condition, courses of treatment, realistic results, etc. I left there with the biggest smile on my face because I finally felt like there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Dr. Kaplan has been a godsend to me. My skin is so much better and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Kaplan is the best at what he does, has the best bedside manner I've ever seen and gets the best results. I would recommend him to everyone. Look no further!!

In response to the review that his staff was rude, I have never experienced that. In fact, I was over 15 minutes late to my appointment and when I called in to let them know I would be late, they said no problem, unlike other places that will cancel your appointment if you are 10-15 minutes late. When I showed up, it wasn't a problem. They fit me right in.

Look no further, you won't be sorry!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I JUST CALLED THEM TO ASK WHAT TYPES OF LASERS THEY HAVE AND THE LADY WAS SO RUDE AND ON TOP OF IT YOU CAN'T EVEN UNDERSTAND A WORD SHE SAYS. SHE DOESN'T SAY HOLD ON, SHE JUST LEAVES YOU HANGING WHILE SHE TAKES CARE OF OTHER BUSINESS AND I WAS SOOOOO NICE TO HER, I'M ALWAYS THE NICEST CUSTOMER EVER AND I NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE ACT SO RUDE, NON-HELPFUL, AND MEAN FOR NO REASON....SHE DIDN'T EVEN SAY BYE AT THE END, SHE JUST CLICKED. ALL I DID WAS ASK WHAT TYPES OF LASERS DOES DR. KAPLAN OFFER AND SHE WAS LIKE "WE OFFER QUOTES IN PERSON," UM SORRY BUT THAT DOESN'T ANSWER MY QUESTION, IDIOT. HE NEEDS TO FIRE HER SO HE CAN BRING CUSTOMERS LIKE ME IN THAT ACTUALLY PAY MONEY FOR GOOD WORK. NOTE TO EVERYONE..YOU CAN TELL HOW A DOCTORS OFFICE IS BY SPEAKING TO THE RECEPTIONIST. AND THIS PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY GARBAGE, PLEASE GO TO SOMEWHERE FRIENDLY LIKE I'M GOING TO TRY TO FIND!!!!!!

The hands of an artist and the professional courtesy of a Four Seasons...

Having been under the care of dermatologists for twenty+ years, my only regret is not having been recommended to Dr. Kaplan earlier (I would have, in all truth, saved a great deal of money and pain). He is kind, honest, has been known to work until ten pm to ensure that nobody in his vast following has to wait more than a week or two to see him, does not double book, and, most importantly, a master of his craft. I cannot recommend this rare find more highly.

I have been to a number of dermatologists, and Dr. Kaplan is the only one that made me want to continue with my treatments. The equipment he uses is far superior than others I've seen and used, and the staff is extremely friendly.

One Of My Favorite Doctors

Enjoy my visits with Dr. Kaplan - not just for his skill but also for his friendly conversation (intelligent grasp of any topic from film to politics). As for the laser hair removal - saw at least 80% improvement after only two visits. Highly recommend avoiding the malls and hacks for this service and going to him.

Best Dermatologist in Beverly Hills!!!

One of my girlfriends had her lips done by Dr. Kaplan. They looked so good, I booked an appt. The Restylane injection was a bit painful, but Dr. Kaplan was soooo nice and answered all my questions. And my lips look AMAZING! They look so natural, that now my friend and I just tell other envious girls that all we used was a plumping lip gloss, and they totally believe it.
