For over a decade, I suffered from debilitating panic attacks as a result from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSS). My PTSS was acquired after several years of living with an oppressive, abusive father and being emotionally and sexually abused by an "alleged" licensed therapist. I've gone through several medications to keep the chronic depression and anxiety at bay, settling on a chemical cocktail of Wellbutrin, Celexa, and Xanax.
