Very professional

Our son was held in LA County jail and he called us crying. He had been injured in a fight and was at the LA County jail medical ward. The bail agent explained the process fully to me; very professional. The bail transaction was conducted by fax and we paid by credit card. I can't say enough about the bail agent who held-our-hand though the process. Very professional and calming.
