Best Place for Biking Needs

I've been to Berts a couple of times & I allways get great customer service. Went to the parts department this last time looking for a part for my Dirt Bike. Jessie Garcia helped me out. If you ever have a question about your bike & need a no BS answer talk to Jessie he know his stuff. He was very nice & willing to help me out. Thanks Bert, Everytime I go to your store I spend my whole check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Outstanding Service Department

Miguel in Service came through for me when I really needed some repairs. Miguel persistently contacted the manufacture and fought to have them (Ducati) cover some work. Within a few days Miguel called me with some good news. Ducati agreed to stand behind their name and cover all the work. If it wasn't for Miguel's hardwork, dedication and persistence I would have no choice but to pay for the repairs.

If you need your bike serviced, contact Berts and ask for Miguel in the Service Department. It's rare to find a person of this caliber in the motorcycle industry and Miguel is one of those rare people.

MY GREAT EXPERIENCE AT BERTS MEGA MALL!!!!!!:)

AS I WALKED INTO BERTS MEGA MALL, I KNEW WHAT I WAS AIMING FOR. IT WAS MY 2011 KAWASAKI KX 100. I HAD THREE GREAT GUYS THAT WERE GREAT! I HAD "CURTIS" AND "DANNY VIDES" INFORMING MY DAD AND I ABOUT THE SALES ON THIS BIKE AND WERE KINDLY ENOUGH TO WALK US THROUGH THE PRICES,ONCE WE DECIDED TO MAKE A DEAL,I HAD "GARY MULLEN" ATTENDING US AND HE WAS GREAT! BESIDES HIS GREAT WAY OF WORKING THINGS OUT, HE HAS A GREAT PERSONALITY THAT MAKES ME WANT TO RETURN FOR MY 250 SOME DAY! HE HAS A GREAT STYLE OF WORKING WITH PEOPLE! THANKS TO HIM, I WILL GLADLY RETURN TO BERTS MEGA MALL!!!:)

Excellent Selection and Service

MY experience at Bert's was great. The staff was terrific.... knowledgeable sales staff with no pushy sales people. MY rep was Bobby Rhodes. He keep me up to date on my purchase by regularly checking on me during the financing process offering refreshments and answering questions. Bobby is very knowledgeable about the various brand names and the models they represent and sell. The process was seemless ---- from choosing my bike... to having questions answered...all the way to the guys who delivered my new bike. Bobby walked me through the entire process. Great folks a Bert's.

The people at Berts were incredible. Larry Garcia treated me like family offered me a sweet deal and Max in financing made it work. Bryce Page also took excellent care of me in finalizing the deal. Thanks much guys..........

Do Not Use Servise Department

DO NOT GET SERVICE at Berts, I took my quad there for complete service and valve adjustment, $550, first time out the motor blew apart, totally destroyed. The shop I took it to said both spark plugs were loose and it got it so hot the piston seized which took out the rod and crank.. I took it back to Berts they had the service manager (who knows nothing about customer service) tell me that the rod pin busted (he said very common in Yamaha)(why would I ever buy another?) and for me to pound sand they were taking no responsibility. These people are crooks and thieves. STAY AWAY FROM BERTS, there is a reason they have such a bad reputation, they deserve it.
