Doing Hollywood right is bypassing the Falcon at all costs.

Overall, “the falcon” on Sunset is horrible and washed up.
The bouncer at the door is a major douche imported via Orange County (I'm only speculating).
We were kicked out for being “too loud”, I guess that’s what happens when you allow your patrons spend hundreds of dollars on alcohol. No respect, low-class place trying to put a façade of high-class and all going about it all wrong. Music is horrible, the people are whatever, the staff needs a sit down and talked to—I don’t know, maybe a time out in the corner.
I experienced this grueling place so you don’t have to, trust me on this one—just say no.
Make like a falcon and FLY PAST, this place won’t make it much longer. Guaranteed.
- Pros: ....On Sunset
- Cons: Bouncer, Security, Bartenders, No Dancefloor, Music
what a fraud

you hear about this stunning blondes and food, when you get there you are met by a very charming receptionist then 2 older guys behind the bar - where are these stunning eye candy!!!
this is just the first of a list of misleading remarks on this place
3 times sadly i have had to go there, each time for a event, otherwise avoid and dont waste your money
- Pros: design is great
- Cons: crowd and staff are a joke
Horrible. Avoid at all costs. I will never go here again.

This is the WORST club I have ever been to. A bouncer outside the club were horribly rude and pompous. The bouncer outside the club ( the Caucasian male who seriously needs to be FIRED) allowed under age girls into the club without checking ID, and whenever he feels like acting out on some sort of power trip, rejects people with multiple forms of ID for no reason at all. A friend of mine (over 21) had her own valid ID thrown in her face for some unknown reason! The bouncer was abusive, bad mannered, and vulgar. The service is horrible, it is too crowded, the food is not good, the waiters are very rude and there is NO dance floor. Everything is makeshift and I will NEVER go to this club again. After having such a bad experience with rude employees, I suggest you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
- Pros: None
- Cons: Bouncer, food, ambiance, setting, employees

PASS ,,,,,, Until I read more than 95% good reviews, I won't be gracing this place. Attitude waiters and bartenders are not even going to get my tips, no way not know how.
So tasty, so cool.

Whenever I go there, life slows down a bit and I really get to chill and feel at home - a really cool home. There's tons of candlelight making it perfect for a nice date...that's how I found it, my date brought me there. The guy is gone but this place is definitely still in my life! The food is delicious. I especially like the ricotta gnocchi. Go there! Bring friends, bring a date, have an amazing dinner and then stay a little longer for drinks...a really fun, nice Hollywood night will ensue. Oh yeah, they have different things happening every night - specials and what not. My favorite is Monday - live music and no cover!
Beautiful bar, great patio, good food!

This restaurant is in my neighborhood, and I stumbled upon it by accident....However, I was amazed that such a beautiful bar existed right down the street, and I didn't even know it. They originally didn't have a sign out front (although now they do), but when I first walked in...I saw a beautiful restaurant, with an AMAZING patio. This place has a very "New York" feel to me, and every time I'm there, I feel like I'm not in Los Angeles. I understand how someone could say it's a bit expensive--but it's Hollywood! It's not any more expensive than any other club in this area....AND, there is never a "cover" to get in, and they have live music at least once a week. The food here is great....I have never had anything I didn't like. It's the perfect place for a date, or just to hang out with the girls. I really like this place.
- Pros: The food, the ambience, the patio, the live music...
Always been a friend to gay people

Falcon continues to be one of coolest places to go in Hollywood. The place feels like your at someone's house in the hills, the new menu has amazing prices and really good food.
In a time of loyalty from restaurants, Falcon has always supported the Gay community and given to causes for the gay community.
Show your support of the restaurant by having dinner this week
(This is not a paid for sponsor :))
- Pros: Food and atmosphere
- Cons: none

Whenever I am feeling like going to a cool, fun, happening restaurant in Hollywood, Falcon is the first that comes to mind. It always has a great crowd, good music and delicious food. I will definitely be back very soon!!
- Pros: Centrally located, Ambience,
Dinner is a must
by ladflow at Citysearch
Falcon is one of those places that could double as a post production house from the outside.
But once you're inside the doors you know its a place to dine, drink and have a great time. The space is absolutely amazing!
The Whitefish is one of the most original pairings of this fish that I've ever had. And the burger rivals any "Gourmet" burger in town. Great specialty drinks at the bar and different nights of music.
- Pros: Food, ambience, space,
- Cons: parking
