I was worried at first with many seedy places nearby, but this place was very, very good. Nice, clean room, safe parking in back, and the staff was so helpful and friendly. Plus, the room was so cheap! It was my first time staying in Hollywood and I totally lucked out with this place. Anyone who posts a negative review is probably a competitor just slandering, because there are several other places nearby that wew flea bag dumps, I was so relieved I didn't by chance pick one of them online instead. Plus the manager is a beautiful Indian woman, who also saved me a ton of money hooking me up with the airport shuttle instead of a cab. I will totally stay there again, it is just down the block from the heart of Hollywood!
Pros: Inexpensive, Location, Safe/clean
