Avoid Beauty Collection ! ! !

WHOA!
I was told about this place and i could find my beauty care items here, but they didn't tell me how overpriced this place is.
To top it all off, the staff couldn't have been unfriendlier. A guy with a fauxhawk was snappy and condescending, never smiled once, and was pushing products on me that I didn't even ask for. He walked away as he figured out that I did not want what he was pushing on me.
A Hispanic girl walked over to ask if i needed help with hair products( i really needed something for my dry hair), every question i asked about moisture and smoothness, she had NO idea about.
I then just left the store and found a cute Salon nearby that answered every question and I got what i needed.
- Cons: Pushy staff, Not knowledgeable with the products, Very unfriendly
You cannot beat beauty collection!

Vistin los angeles for the week and my products were stolen by the evil security at the airport! I was trying to make some impressions with the wicked people of the west, sorry no offense, and I need my products! Another store that was reccomended to me by a westerner tried to sell me a sample bottle. Not very cute.. so I wander into Beauty Collection reccomended by a former New Yorker. I met the General Manger named Maria and she was the most lovely thing I had layed eyes on in this evil city. While I could not convinve her to move to New York, she did give 2 of the 4 products I needed. Convinced me to try an amazing new line which I wont endorse because Im not getting paid. That I ended up loving and she the beautiful selfless Maria told me secretly where I could get the 4th product . Thats really nice and not necessary.
- Pros: Amazing Staff, Cute Store, Quality products, Good location
- Cons: not in New YORK
Sexiest staff ever!

OMG! You know they know what their talking about, looking the way this staff does.... I purchased skin care from the store manager, Robert, who had the most beautiful golden skin I had ever seen... and they are so nice too!!! I am so sick of those stuck up aspiring actor/actresses at those boring department store counters playing the latest jlo single on loop.... They never know what their talking about and they almost always seem bothered by any questions I may have.... This store has everything, which means they dont have to be faithful to a certain label in order to earn commission.... Also, make sure to see Rosalina, the esthetician at the connected salon... I've been going to her for the last two months regularly for facials... She has got my skin glowing and looking fabulous for the summer....
- Pros: Rosalina's magic hands, customer service, friendly staff
- Cons: parking on the weekends, I prefer to make appointments during the week
This is a GREAT store!

I am the biggest product junkie ever and this store is the perfect place for me! I always leave there with the greatest items and being a graphic designer, I must say that there are so many cool products to just go in there and look at. I have never walked out of there empty handed.

i went there to pick up some eye cream and wound up leaving with shampoo, shave cream for my husband and a really cool moistureizer. I talked to Monica who was a wealth of knowledge and had skin that looks like she has been bathing in moistureizer her entire life she definetly knew her stuff and is a walking billboard for premium skincare products, i will definetly see her again!!!
- Pros: great salespeople

Thes beauty supply and adjacent spa has been a great discovery! The staff are really friendly and not pushy, they are happy to give you samples - and, as a great bonus, you get a coupon for 10% of the purchase price of whatever you are buying, for use the following month - so it's like cash! I get all my presents here now, and they have a lot of excellent lines.
- Pros: Freebies and savings, Convenient parking, Excellent service
The newest branch of this beauty supply chain is 4,300 feet of pure body indulgence.

The Scene
With shelf after shelf of neatly displayed skin and hair products, a multi-station cosmetic center and a full-service salon coming soon, this beauty mecca combines the selection of a warehouse store with the sophistication of a high-end boutique.
The Goods
With established brands like Acqua di Parma, Dermologica and Creed positioned next to hip new products like Jack Black, Red Flower and the Art of Shaving, the abundant selection may seem a bit intimidating. Don't fear, the well-trained staff is eager to offer suggestions on the appropriate lotion, cream, mousse or blush. Along with body pampering, the store also offers necessities such as fur-lined toiletry bags, heatable buckwheat booties and professional makeup mirrors. Look out for the forthcoming full-service salon, which will boast usual services along with extravagant men's shaves, complete with facial and aromatherapy treatments.
