Nice Rooms, good breakfast and free internet.

I'm a regular at this hotel, I used to live in Eagle Rock and I still keep coming back to visit my family, every time I come to town I stay at this Comfort Inn, I just love the service and how clean the rooms are; a clean bed to sleep is the most important thing for me and my husband. We notice the city is improving a lot; they now have a lot of little nice restaurants and shops.

We always recommend this hotel to our friends.

Best Service.

I booked this hotel for my family visiting from out of town. They stayed for a week and were really happy with the hotel acommodations. My brother couldn't stop talking about the great service and how nice everybody was over there. Public transportation from the hotel was available to Universal Studios, Glendale Galleria and Downtown LA. My family took public transportation to all these places and mentioned it was really easy. I was very happy that they didn't have to wait for me to drive them around the city.

I didn't stay in the room, but I could see that everything seemed very clean and nice, but having my family's approval with the hotel was more than enough for me.

Great hotel, clean and nice staff

This is a good place to stay in Los Angeles, great service all staff are very friendly and willing to help with whatever you need. Rooms are good size and clean; it is not a new hotel, but is well maintained.

I would recommend this place to anybody. They have great amenities for a good rate, free breakfast, free WIFI and free parking; rooms have all the necessary items like microwave, fridge, safe, hair dryer and all the basics. It also had a desk and office chair which was great for me since I needed do some work in my computer.

I enjoy my stay very much; I will definitely be back next time I have to work in the area.

HORRIBLE !

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy! The carpet was dark green and I could see stains on it. There were water stains on the ceiling and walls. The wallpaper was peeling by the door and under the sink. There were drips of various colors and textures on the bathroom walls and door. I didn't even take a shower! The worst thing was that every time the guest above us flushed the toilet (which we could hear), our room smelled faintly of raw sewage! This combined with the water stain on the ceiling by the bathroom was really gross! We had reservations for 8 nights but checked out after 1. This hotel also misrepresents itself as being near Old Town Pasadena. I grew up a few miles from Pasadena, and in no way would I say that this hotel is "near" Old Town. It is not too far, but there are a lot of closer (and cleaner) hotels. This hotel is also in a bad part of town (gangs, etc.) and on a busy, noisy road. The rates are low, but it is NOT worth it! There are other, clean hotels in the vicinity.

Nice place to stay

This is a small hotel, but the rooms are very confortable and their staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay there and I'll definitely be back when coming into the area.

Budget-conscious travelers enjoy a free, daily continental breakfast and newspaper at this worldwide chain famous for "comfort."
