Best Service In Town!

I had been looking for a new salon since I moved to the Hollywood area and after my experience at Sunset Tan, I've definitely found it! What threw me was the service. I'm very particular on customer service. After a bad experience with Le Beach Club, I'm seriously impressed on how educated and genuinely friendly the staff is! No wait to get in, bulbs always get me tan, club chic atmosphere, great deals on packages, and all the girls do an exceptional job at the airbrush! Been a satisfied customer since 2007!

• Pros: Free parking, prices, educated and friendly staff, good bulbs, and clean.
• Cons: none.

Amazing beds & Prices!!!

I wanted to start tanning again, but didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a package! I went into Sunset tan not too sure on what I wanted to do...the staff was really helpful, knew what they were talking about, and helped me figure out what would be best for me. I ended up purchasing a great package where I can use the beds AND the spray, the beds actually get me tan, and the spray is really quick and easy!! I'm addicted!!!

Creme de la Creme of Bed Tannig and Airbrushing

My experience at Sunset Tan in Hollywood was ultra plush--I received the "Cocktail" in which you go in a bed (mine was high pressure) and then do a spray tan. The bed was amazing especially with the new bulbs! Then I proceeded to have an Airbrush tan which lasts twice as long as the normal "mystic" machine. It was amazing because it's hydrating, all natural, and doesn't even smell.

My airbrush technician suggested a level 2 (You may choose between 1-3) and it looked extremely natural; like I went away for a week or so....

You should definitely do yourself a favor and experience it at least once!

Sunset Tan!

Truley the best service and beds! I really enhoy their customer service. You would think because they have a TV show they would be high on their horse, that is not the case at ALL! They are all so helpful and cute! ha! I did the custom airbrush. My tan came out flawless.

Best Custom Airbrush in the South Bay

I live in Hermosa Beach and used to drive all the way to the West LA Sunset Tan to get custom spray tanned. So I was really excited to check out the new location in Redondo Beach. The salon was gorgeous!

My custom airbrush was done by Anne and she was fabulous! I immediately felt comfortable with her when I found out that she had been working as a make-up artist and doing airbrush body painting for several years before starting with Sunset Tan as an airbrush expert. She suggested the right levels and combinations of colors to make me look perfectly bronzed, and did a fantastic job contouring my legs and abs. By the time she was done I looked like I had lost 10 lbs, while at the same time I was glowing from her amazing airbrush application skills. If you live in the South Bay or Orange County area, I highly recommend making an appointment for a custom airbrush with Anne!

• Pros: Versa Spa, Premium Ergoline beds that can't be found anywhere else in the South Bay

Best Sunless Tan ever!!

I needed to be tan by the next day for my best friend's wedding and it was my first timed doing a sunless custom spray tan( where they have someone spray you). I called and spoke to a guy named Nick. Came in and one of the clients before me was running late so Nick and the technician Tammy were willing to accommodate me. The results? One word - AMAZING!!! They use some new solution called Infinity Sun. I didn't come out orange or streaky at all! All my friends all thought it was real.

The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on tanning (compared to my previous experiences at other salons)! Very happy with the service, my tan (day 6 and it still looks amazing) and they gave me the best deal! Far from overpriced. I'm addicted! :)

number 1 thing this place is very clean~

I stopped in at sunset tan about 6 months ago and I got the best tan from them. I'm from Pa and the tanning here isnt so good, and when i visited hollywood i just knew i wanted to get a tan from sunset tan! But let me just tell you that Sunset tan is the best!

the best spray tan around - AIRBRUSHING at sunset tan

I only was only in LA for a couple days and I wanted to check out sunset tan and went to the one on Sunset. It was cool to see it in person and I wanted to tan there cause of the show. :) I went in and they said they could do the spray tan for me so I could be really tan. The results were awesome, I looked good when I went back home and went to my sisters wedding. The girl at sunset tan was really professional and it was a cool thing to do while I was there in hollywood. Airbrushing was much better than I expected and it lasted almost 10 days i wish we had one in my town!

i always heard so many great things about Sunset Tan so i finally decided to check it out . I walked in and was greeted by a very polite, educated, (quite handsome as well) young man. I think his name was Nick. I was so used to being pressured into buying a million tans so immediately i had a reserved attitude and told him i only wanted one tan. I dont know how he did it but the prices made so much sense as the packages were explained. The coctail packages are amazing.. Gives you a great variety between the high pressure beds as well as the mystic tans. I was very satisfied by the friendliness, the tan, the ambiance, as well as the cleansiness of Sunset tan. By far, the coolest tanning salon in California!!! 10 thumbs up.
