This is the best place!!!!!

I cannot express how awsome this store is. After checking out the poor quality selections at Babies R Us, and a horrible experience with online crib shopping I was so pleased with Asha and her staff . The prices are very reasonable, they're extremely knowedgeable about all the products they carry: size, color, qood type, finish... and they have pretty quick delivery and SET UP! Neither my husband or I are handy, and this was SO IMPORTANT, especially for the safety of the crib. I ordered the crib and dresser (made by Munire ) and by third week it was deliverd to my home in RPV. The delivery guys Arturo & Sal was very nice and helpfull.

customer service is awful

Owner, from others say is a lady named Alana. She does refuse to acknowledge it though. My "8-10 weeks" item has yet to show up and it's now week 13. If you try to find out where your item is, already 1/2 paid as well, you'll be told that you're threatening her. I had no problems when I purchased items in the past, perhaps b/c I didn't have a return or needed to wait for something not in their w/h. The salespeople I have dealt w/ in the past were actually pretty ok, and gave me the info I needed. But this lady is something else.

• Pros: actually had a helpful salesperson w/ knowledge
• Cons: can't get resoutions

Tired to hear lies and forced to keep the product

Tired to hear lies and forced to keep a product full of problems.They return policy doesn't work. After waiting for 6 months their replacements and hearing lies from the management, they changed their mind and forced me to keep a armoire with many painting and adjustment problems. Do NOT recommend this place.
