Excellent Saab Service

I bought a used 1999 Saab 9-3 Convertible. Knowing dealerships to be prone to charging premium prices for both parts and service, I set out to find a small shop that could maintain my Swedish Speedster. I found both professionalism and superb customer service at Mezian Motors. Harry, the manager is not only knowledgeable, but he and his crew are fast. They have always delivered on their promises. When they say the car will be ready, it is, and at below-dealership rates. The car runs like a top, thanks to Harry and his crew.

Great Friendly Auto Repair Shop

My Volvo broke down at the Grove, and Harry at Mezian Motors took care of the problem asap. They were quick, and friendly. I'm definitely taking my car back for maintenance service!

Best decision ever made!

My car broke down in L.A. I had it towed to Mezian Motors on La Brea. Being my first time, I was worried taking it there. I usually go to Sherman Oaks SAAB. They repaired my car and I was out of there in 4-hours. Harry, the manager, was very helpful and they knew what was wrong with my car. I called my dealer to compare the price, and the dealer price was much higher. I'm very happy with the repair, my car is happy. I would recommend Mezian Motors to all SAAB owners.

Fantastic Service at resonable prices

I just moved to Los Angeles from Colorado and was panicing because my check engine light came on in my Jetta and I had no idea where to take it. I found Mezian from a google search and after comparing reviews between a couple of different service shops decided to take it here.

As it turns out the Jetta needed MAJOR work. Harry, the owner was incredibly helpful and charged very fair prices for all the parts and labor. He got me a rental car for the days during which mine was in the shop and finished all the work in exactly the time frame he promised and at the quoted price. I got my Jetta back (washed) the next day and I could not have been happier with the service and professionalism of this business.

I recently had to go back for some minor repairs and Harry once again took great care of me.

I highly recommend this shop!

What a find!

It's unusual to find a repair 'shop' where you get to know all the mechanics who are friendly, helpful and most of all knowledgeable.

These guys are great! I found the prices really reasonable, the service quick and delivered when promised and always get the feeling that they care.

The whole experience with Mezian Motors has been a pleasure and I would recommend their service without reservation.

Well done Harry! You and your team are a one in a million find and I'm lucky to have found you.

I can't recommend it.

I had my Volvo serviced here with two items that needed repair. A new battery and cable was installed well and at fair prices. But I also purchased a new OEM stereo head unit. Paid over 300.00 for it and they threw in there a used unit that barely works. CD's skip, back light does not work and it's scratched all over. My Volvo still needs a new stereo and other repairs but I will not be going back there.

Super nice service at good prices!

The folks at Mezian are really nice and devoted to good service. They clearly explained what needed to be done to my car and answered all my questions without any condescension. I called two other places to double check their estimate and they were right on - and even a little less than one place. My car was done on time and they got it washed! I will definitely be going back to them.

• Pros: Friendly, convenient, will drive you where you need to go.
• Cons: When they cleaned my car they through out my loose Thomas guide pages :(

Great shop, Great guy and Great crew

The first time i went to Mezian Motors was because I had a flat tire . I called them and they had a tow truck tow my car in . they took me in gave me my paperwork and i was out in 15 minutes. About a year later i had a problem with my car , I took it to the dealer , and the dealer couldnt figure out the problem, I figured they really didnt care i was just a number to them. So i decided to take it to Mezian Motors to see maybe if they can get the problem fixed. I took it in and Harry(the Owner) promised me he would fix the problem. the first two days my car was there they couldnt figure it out , but they didnt give up, they test drove my car for almost a week to figure out the origin of the problematic sound, in the mean time Harry was giving me daily updates. To make a long story short,by the end of the week they had fixed the problem had someone pick me up and my car was ready to go with a sweet car wash.Ide to add Harry and the crew at Mezian Motors never gave up, i wasnt just a number to them , i was a customer in need, i wish a lot more business owners would run their shops like that. Ive been a customer of Mezian Motors since 1991, since then my entire family takes their car to them.

The service that I received from Mezian Motors was excellent. My car was stalled on the side of the freeway, and a member of Mezian Motors personally picked me up. The hospitality was great, and the people were all friendly. After filling out the paperwork, a member from Mezian Motors dropped me off at work. As far as the repair is concerned, my car has never ran so great since the day I purchased it from the dealership; also it has never looked this clean (thanks to their complimentary car wash). If you live in Los Angeles or any neighboring cities, I highly suggest you try Mezian Motors for your next car servicing needs. Not to mention, the prices are outstanding. Thank you Harry (Mezian Motors), and see you in 3,000 miles!

• Pros: The service is excellent. Its done a day before they tell you its done. Price.
• Cons: The traffic to the shop is bad, but its ALWAYS worth the drive!!!!
