Eurasian auto body were great! They took care of everything for me. they talked to my insurance company for me and set everything up. My car looked beautiful when they were done. I recommended them to all of my friends.

what makes this place so unique are the people there! everyone is super friendly and helpful. they really took care of me when i got there i barely had to do anything. i really liked that they kept me up to date with how my car was doing. andthey also made sure that getting a rental was super smoothe . didnt have any hassles at all. i really appreciate what they did !

When I got into a fender bender I had no idea where to take my car. I’m new to LA and am extremely hesitant to trust any auto body shop. For a while I didn’t even want to get my car fixed because I’m so stubborn!! I’d rather drive around with a beat up car than possibly get ripped off. I started asking around and not one but two of my friends recommended Eurasian, between that and the great reviews here on CitySearch I felt at ease and took my car there. I’m so glad I brought my car to Eurasian. They were extremely helpful in breaking things down for me in layman’s terms so that I could actually understand what was going on! They basically held my hand through the entire process of having my insurance cover the damages. They offered to give me a loaner car if my insurance didn’t cover a rental. But, as luck would have it, they contacted my insurance and confirmed that I did have the rental coverage. Yay!! My car was done very quickly and looks awesome now! They even detailed my car for free. I highly recommend Eurasian. They are professional, courteous, and they do amazing work.

Although I regularly read reviews before doing most anything, and have been THIS close to writing one before, never have I been so compelled to spend the 5 minutes singing the online praise for a business... but this one takes the cake. I am a girl in my twenties, and although I hate to insult my own demographic, like most of us, I know NOTHING about cars. All I know is that any car problem I have sends me immediately into red alert on the rip-off paranoia scale. This place is totally different. I went there based on internet reviews and this place is no joke. Despite my initial reservations that car problem+ me = financial rip-off, I must say, the office is nice, the owner and other guys that updated me were amazing, they gave me a free loaner car because my insurance didn't cover a rental car, and the work was perfect (actually perfect++ because they buffed out an unrelated scratch for free.) They helped me put in my claim, sort out the car jargon-speak that I am ever-not-so-fluent in, and updated me regularly. I've told all my friends (whose cars don't even need bodywork) that when they one day need it, this is the place to go! Now I'm spreading the love... trust me, if you're car is jacked, bring it to Eurasian! (You can thank me later :-D)

I have been coming to see Euasian for about 8 years now. Joe is amazing! He is extremely helpful and takes care of everything for me. I never have to deal with the pain of talking to the insurance company or worry about the rental cars. I would highly recommend going to see Joe if you need your car fixed.

Amazing service, I made an appointment and they arranged a free loaner car for me because my stupid insurance agent had forgotten to add it to my policy. Thanks to them I saved at least a few hundred dollars that I would have paid to rent a car.

I used my insurance for the some damage I had on my car about a month before. They took care of some rear bumper sctratches at no extra charge. Also fully detailed my car which it really needed so two definite unexpected bonuses. Parking was a bit difficult cuz there was street cleaning on Monday but they have space right up front but I was not sure if I could park there. But everything else was great, the people were really really nice.

I brought my car to Eurasian after my insurance company recommended another shop that was poorly reviewed, and man, I am so glad I did. Right away they got me a rental no questions asked so I could get back to work, and after that they took care of everything, deaIing with my insurance company and the other guys insurance (it was his fault) so I wouldn't have to. They are amazingly thorough and their service is awesome. When I had issues with the other guy's insurance covering my expenses, they helped me out with the deductible and got me a loaner car! They really seem to care about their customers and making sure everything works out for you.
I got my car back today and they did a great job- I think it looks better now than it did new! They even detailed it for me. I was really impressed. Since I was from out-of-state I spent some time researching different shops in LA and Eurasian always seemed to be the most highly reviewed..and I can see why. If you're looking for great work and no hassles I would definitely recommend checking out Eurasian.

When I first got into an accident my insurance wrote an estimate for used parts. I couldn't believe it. I have been insured with them for twenty years without ever filing a claim and the one accident I had they want to put used parts on my car!!! But when I took it to Eurasian they fought the insurance company for me and they had them change everything to brand new. I didn't have to do anything or pay anything. That was great. They also detailed my car and it looked better than it ever did.

I took my Jeep Wrangler Sport to Joe after I was rear ended. Originally Joe was very friendly, very nice and seemed very knowledgeable. He told me that my Jeep would be in the shop for about 2 weeks (it was there 5 weeks). When I finally was able to pick up my vehicle, it looked exactly as it did when I dropped it off 5 weeks before. Same dents and same damage. Joe told me to bring it back on Thursday (2 days later) and he would be able to repair the remaining damage in about 2 hours. When I arrived on Thursday, Joe told me he couldn't do the repairs and asked me to come back on Friday. That meant another day out of work. My Jeep still isn't back to normal and now Joe will not see me or return my phone calls. Stay away from the company...
Update: As of Oct 3, the vehicle was repaired to shiny new.

I went to get a few quotes from different shops. The quotes were pretty close to each other but most of the shops wanted me to leave the car right then and there and they told me it would be a week. When I went to this shop they were very helpful. Instead of pushing me to leave the car immediately they were very nice. The price was fair and they said they could preorder the parts so that the repairs would be only 2 days. That was great because I thought I would save money on rental but I saved more than I thought because they gave me one of there shop loaners (2008 honda accord) so I did not have to get a rental. Overall great experience.
