KLS Limousine Service

I am in charge of overseeing travel coordination for my entire office. I have contracted countless other limousine services and have never been satisfied. Recently I contacted KLS Limousine and right away felt the difference. I didn’t have to hold on the line at all; a live agent answered my call and answered my questions without hesitation. Then when I asked my boss how the service was, she had nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally service that stands apart from the rest. Give KLS a try; you will not be sorry.

I travel a lot, and due to my age and failing eyesight, I often depend on bold letter or verbal contacts. Thankfully, upon my arrival at LAX, I was greeted inside the terminal at baggage claim by my driver with a KLS sign that boldly displayed my last name. The driver very courteously introduced himself as my KLS driver and informed me that we had to wait a few moments for my luggage at the carousel. Once obtaining my luggage, I was escorted to the vehicle and politely asked if there was any particular route I would like to take to my destination or if I wished to make any stops prior to the drop off at my home. Being stunned of receiving such service of the yesteryear that has long been forgotten, I humbly declined and settled back to enjoy my ride. Being a senior citizen in today’s society, our needs are sort of overlooked, but with KLS I was made to feel that I mattered as a client. Thank you KLS for the nostalgia. A.P. Kravitz

Being a free lance writer, I have traveled to some of the loveliest areas of the world. Unfortunately, for most of my trips, I do not have a moment to myself to think about anything but my work. When using KLS, I was greeted at LAX by a driver with a smile and a friendly conversation. He pointed ot several landmarks that I had never noticed in the city during our route. He was a true man that enjoyed his profession, and that spoke volumes for me. My hectic airline ride in to LA was completely eradicated by the service provided by the KLS Limo Company, and made me feel more than welcome entering the city. I just got off the phone with the night dispatcher, to set up a further reservation. He came across as a very personable and charming young man...I highly recommend KLS Limousine to anyone in the city, so much, that it motivated me to write this comment on the internet as I sit at my desk in my hotel room. Something is very right at that establishment.

A few days ago, I wrote a review about this company and it was posted as the latest . Today, I checked the city search, and to my surprise it has been pushed to the bottom of the list !!!!! I don't know if this is something done by the "city search", or it's another dirty game from this company? Whatever it is, it looks fishy. If "citys earch", changes also this posting, then I think we should all be aware of the gravity of the facts. Here is the copy of my previous posting: 40 cars? Here is the list: - Beverly Hills address is a "Mail Box Etc". - The owner answering to a complaint, states that they have 40 cars and 80 employees! What a joke! All they have an 8-9 cars fleet! Forget about 80 drivers! - They claim to be member of the triple B, maybe someone should report them for misguiding the consumers. - So many of the "positive comments" are most likely written by the same person, with a different screen name! Check them out. - Each negative comment is followed immediately by a few positive ones, to keep the rating up. These guys are a joke, just an average limo service! No glamour and no "Phantom' for sure! Pros: None. Cons: Liars.

I work with AYS for many events and just recently used KLS Limousine Service for the Baron Davis LA Stars Charity event. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and their ability to provide such impeccable service on such short notice. We needed cars last minute for shuttling and transfering over 140 people for four (4) days and fortunately I found KLS on Citysearch, and thank goodness! The owner even donated a Phantom for the entire day at no charge. I will definitely use KLS for my next event and would recommend them to everyone. :)

I recently had the need to search for a new limousine service. I found KLS on Citysearch, called them and right away felt I had reached a very professional and trustworthy establishment. The reservation process was painless, the service was prompt and professional, the entire experience was remarkable. I will definitely continue using KLS and recommend them to all of my friends and co-workers.

Pros: They value customer service

I have used this company for many occasions, but the last time was it for me. Every time I have requested a car, I have always made sure the tip was included on my credit card before our event so we had nothing to worry about. On multiple occasions, the drivers would ask for more. The last time this happened I turned to him and said, "You were taken care of right?" He shugged his shoulders and said, "Well, I guess..." and rolled his eyes at me. That was the last time because this had happened to one of my clients too that I told car service was taken care of and she was given the same sob story. The management really needs to look over their drivers and make sure they aren't hussling people for more money. I would stay away from this company and every rude employee there. They are embarrassing the management.

Cons: These guys will try to make you give them anything and everything you've got, rude and inappropriate drivers

Ever since my HORRIBLE experience with another LA based limo company, I have learned to rely more and more on KLS for all of my transportation needs. The company I work for uses another car company, and I'm in the process of having them switch. They have never been late, always have cold water in the cars when I'm going to the airport, and are so sweet when I call to book a ride. Last week, I got my nephew a HUMMER stretch that kls provided and those kids went CRAZY when they saw that driver in his suit @ the door and a SUPER-LIMO picking them up to go to Disneyland!!!! It was amazing... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE out there looking for a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry...

I Used the service last week on my birthday and I just want to say Thank you guys thanks for take care me and my 12 drunken friends. I got back to my hotel safe I member the driver was very helpful he got us to Sky Bar out side the line and he had the bar setup so nice for us the car was clean and driver Lucas was perfect Driver and DJ .
