Excellent Experience

I decided to write this review after the second time I used KLS because I wanted to make sure I didn't just get lucky the first time around. A couple of friends and I went out on the town on a Sat. night, and we really had no plans, but the driver knew ALL of the LA hotspots, took us to the best restaurant, bars, and clubs... My driver was Shawn, and I couldn't believe what a gentleman he was. He helped us out so much!! I HIGHLY recommend KLS to anyone, whether for business or pleasure...

A spectacular limousine company and service!!!

On Grammy Night I had ordered a Stretch Limo for my boss and her husband from another well known limo company, but they showed up a basic sedan. I was stranded without transportation, and my boss was threatening to fire me if I did not find a stretch right away. By a referral, I called KLS Limousine with very little notice, and right away was treated with great kindness and professionalism. My reservation was entered quickly; I was able to set up an account right away and my boss & her husband arrived at the Grammy's in a beautiful brand new Limousine. My boss was in awe that KLS had customized the bar in the limo to their taste. The driver was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. I am confident that you will receive the same memorable service whether it's for the Grammy's, wedding or simple transfer to the airport.

I can't put into words what a wonderful experience I had when using KLS Limousine Svc. From the person who took my order, to the professional driver, and all the way to the vehicle itself......I can't say enough about it. Everyone is SO friendly and eager to assist in any way. I had the best ride and the chauffeur was courteous and friendly. BTW: They look VERY handsome in their suits, which is always a good thing. Anyone who deals with these people will understand what I'm talking about.

Best drivers and service

KLS limousine service is one the best company I have ever used. Drivers are very professional always on time with a very pleasant attitude. Limos are nice very clean, music and drinks are provided as you enjoy your ride.

High Quality/Personalized Service

I use them frequently for travel to and from LAX over the last two years. Service has been great from the friendliness and responsiveness of the reservation staff to the courtesy, professionalism and grooming of the drivers. Some of the drivers who have driven me in the past even know my favorite radio station and have that tuned in the radio in advance. Vehicles are new and impeccably maintained. The owner is very focused on customer service.

The drivers are very punctual, well-groomed, very polite and friendly and know the area very well. I was picked up from home to go to a red carpet fundraiser event and was picked up on time and had great conversation on my way to the event. I have used KLS several times and have never been disappointed. I recommend this service to everyone.
