Avoid at al costs

After reading all the positive reviews and seeing its great feedback on citysearch I figured I'd give KLS a try. I was having surgery Wednesday morning and had to be in Beverly Hills at a specific time. I called the KLS Limo service, made all the arrangements, and then they told me since I didn't have an account with them yet I couldn't pay over the phone; I would have to pay through their web site or by fax with the web being the preferred method. I set it up online, filled out all my information, and then 2 hours I got an email confirming my request had been received and that my driver would be there. The day of my surgery came and I'm waiting, so I finally call to make sure the driver wasn't stuck in traffic to fin out they have NO RECORD of my order. I told them I have all the emails they sent me with confirmation numbers, but they were VERY rude and unapologetic. So here I am stuck, having surgery in an hour, and my car service not only screwed up but also didn't even care. Save yourself and go with any other limo service!!!

Amazing Service

I recently hired KLS for my birthday celebration. My friends and I had an awesome time. The driver knew exactly where we wanted to go and the limo was stocked all the time. Highly recommended. Will not disappoint!!!!!

I am in charge of overseeing travel coordination for my entire office. I have contracted countless other limousine services and have never been satisfied. Recently I contacted KLS Limousine and right away felt the difference. I didn?t have to hold on the line at all; a live agent answered my call and answered my questions without hesitation. Then when I asked my boss how the service was, she had nothing, absolutely nothing to complain about. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally service that stands apart from the rest. Give KLS a try; you will not be sorry.

Finally, the service of yesteryear

I travel a lot, and due to my age and failing eyesight, I often depend on bold letter or verbal contacts. Thankfully, upon my arrival at LAX, I was greeted inside the terminal at baggage claim by my driver with a KLS sign that boldly displayed my last name. The driver very courteously introduced himself as my KLS driver and informed me that we had to wait a few moments for my luggage at the carousel. Once obtaining my luggage, I was escorted to the vehicle and politely asked if there was any particular route I would like to take to my destination or if I wished to make any stops prior to the drop off at my home. Being stunned of receiving such service of the yesteryear that has long been forgotten, I humbly declined and settled back to enjoy my ride. Being a senior citizen in today?s society, our needs are sort of overlooked, but with KLS I was made to feel that I mattered as a client. Thank you KLS for the nostalgia. A.P. Kravitz

Being a free lance writer, I have traveled to some of the loveliest areas of the world. Unfortunately, for most of my trips, I do not have a moment to myself to think about anything but my work. When using KLS, I was greeted at LAX by a driver with a smile and a friendly conversation. He pointed ot several landmarks that I had never noticed in the city during our route. He was a true man that enjoyed his profession, and that spoke volumes for me. My hectic airline ride in to LA was completely eradicated by the service provided by the KLS Limo Company, and made me feel more than welcome entering the city. I just got off the phone with the night dispatcher, to set up a further reservation. He came across as a very personable and charming young man...I highly recommend KLS Limousine to anyone in the city, so much, that it motivated me to write this comment on the internet as I sit at my desk in my hotel room. Something is very right at that establishment.

Highly Recommended...Will Definitely Use Them Next Time

I work with AYS for many events and just recently used KLS Limousine Service for the Baron Davis LA Stars Charity event. I was very impressed with their level of professionalism and their ability to provide such impeccable service on such short notice. We needed cars last minute for shuttling and transfering over 140 people for four (4) days and fortunately I found KLS on Citysearch, and thank goodness! The owner even donated a Phantom for the entire day at no charge. I will definitely use KLS for my next event and would recommend them to everyone. :)

Remarkable Service

I recently had the need to search for a new limousine service. I found KLS on Citysearch, called them and right away felt I had reached a very professional and trustworthy establishment. The reservation process was painless, the service was prompt and professional, the entire experience was remarkable. I will definitely continue using KLS and recommend them to all of my friends and co-workers.

Never Satisfied

I have used this company for many occasions, but the last time was it for me. Every time I have requested a car, I have always made sure the tip was included on my credit card before our event so we had nothing to worry about. On multiple occasions, the drivers would ask for more. The last time this happened I turned to him and said, "You were taken care of right?" He shugged his shoulders and said, "Well, I guess..." and rolled his eyes at me. That was the last time because this had happened to one of my clients too that I told car service was taken care of and she was given the same sob story. The management really needs to look over their drivers and make sure they aren't hussling people for more money. I would stay away from this company and every rude employee there. They are embarrassing the management.

Our reservations and dispatch is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and customer service is available during those hours. Also, please allow me to point out that all chauffeurs have 5 years of experience or more, and they are pre-screened before they are hired. I personally am very disappointed that you were unhappy with your service and hope to be of further assistance. Nice change of pace...

Ever since my HORRIBLE experience with another LA based limo company, I have learned to rely more and more on KLS for all of my transportation needs. The company I work for uses another car company, and I'm in the process of having them switch. They have never been late, always have cold water in the cars when I'm going to the airport, and are so sweet when I call to book a ride. Last week, I got my nephew a HUMMER stretch that kls provided and those kids went CRAZY when they saw that driver in his suit @ the door and a SUPER-LIMO picking them up to go to Disneyland!!!! It was amazing... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE out there looking for a breath of fresh air in such a competitive industry...
