Never Satisfied

I have used this company for many occasions, but the last time was it for me. Every time I have requested a car, I have always made sure the tip was included on my credit card before our event so we had nothing to worry about. On multiple occasions, the drivers would ask for more. The last time this happened I turned to him and said, "You were taken care of right?" He shugged his shoulders and said, "Well, I guess..." and rolled his eyes at me. That was the last time because this had happened to one of my clients too that I told car service was taken care of and she was given the same sob story. The management really needs to look over their drivers and make sure they aren't hussling people for more money. I would stay away from this company and every rude employee there. They are embarrassing the management.

Please allow us to take this opportunity to respond to your review and concerns. As you may know we have over forty vehicles and eighty drivers to manage per given 24 hour period. Our reservations and dispatch is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and customer service is available during those hours. Also, please allow me to point out that all chauffeurs have 5 years of experience or more, and they are pre-screened before they are hired. I personally am very disappointed that you were unhappy with your service and hope to be of further assistance. Avoid at al costs

After reading all the positive reviews and seeing its great feedback on citysearch I figured I'd give KLS a try. I was having surgery Wednesday morning and had to be in Beverly Hills at a specific time. I called the KLS Limo service, made all the arrangements, and then they told me since I didn't have an account with them yet I couldn't pay over the phone; I would have to pay through their web site or by fax with the web being the preferred method. I set it up online, filled out all my information, and then 2 hours I got an email confirming my request had been received and that my driver would be there. The day of my surgery came and I'm waiting, so I finally call to make sure the driver wasn't stuck in traffic to fin out they have NO RECORD of my order. I told them I have all the emails they sent me with confirmation numbers, but they were VERY rude and unapologetic. So here I am stuck, having surgery in an hour, and my car service not only screwed up but also didn't even care. Save yourself and go with any other limo service!!!

phones disconnected, didn't show up, didn't call, just vanished. stay away!!!!!

Made a reservation two days in advance, they confirmed with me the next day, then didn't showup at 7:15am to take me to the airport. I called their toll free number and their local office and both phones were suddenly disconnected. Fortunately I called my credit card company to make sure they couldn't charge me for the trip. Point being if you need to get somwhere this is not the car service to call!

All records were checked and rechecked, yet, there was no indication that any passenger was missed. As stated in your review, a confirmation was sent to you. All confirmations sent, include a reservation number. Please either call or e-mail me with your confirmation number for further research or discussion.
