Good value for the money.

It's a funny hotel: Old, a little run down, in an odd ethnic neighborhood....and yet it's not a bad place. The sheets are clean, the bathroom is clean and the air conditioner works. The neighborhood is ethnic, but not bad. I walked down to the 7-11 at midnight without issue, and the folks who passed me even said hello as I passed.

The only bad thing I can say is it's a tad noisy in the morning. With the air conditioner running we didn't hear it but it was too noisy without that white noise to clean things up.

The breakfast is simple and cheap. I was hoping for some fruit, not just packaged stuff.
