Poor products, Poor Service. "You get what you pay for" not true at Prada

I'm not sure how great these guys are. They sold me $300 sunglasses that broke off the hinge months later with regular use and when I sent it in to them for repair, they never botherd sending it back. So, i'm not sure what that says for (A) the quality of their products or (B) their service.

Why do I mention the price? "You get what you pay for". Apparently, not at Prada.
