Suriyo Thai Bistro is open again! I was just there last night for my birthday party, and the food is still amazing. They were closed for remodeling for a while, but I'm so happy they are open now. Suriyo is my favorite thai place. Not only is there food really fresh, but everyone there is so nice. When I'm feeling lazy, I use their delivery service. They used to be closed on Mondays, but now they are open 7 days a week.

I just moved into the area and a neighbor gave me the menu to Suriyo Thai Bistro. I can't begin to tell you how much I love the food. I ate there 4 times last week!!! Suriyo's delivery service is great. I went into the restaurant for dinner on Friday and the staff was so nice. I could see they have a lot regular customers, because many of them were greeted by their first name. They have a great outdoor patio, which would be great in the summer for private parties. I'm even thinking of having my birthday party there!!!
Pros: Great food, wonderful service, and delivery

I rarely write reviews like this but I felt the need to express my two cents about Suriyo Thai Bistro. I live two blocks from this restaraunt and I've been there several times. Every time I've been there, I've received horrible service. The staff acts as if it's the last place they want to be. The food is average and inexpensive. Today I ordered take-out because I didn't want to deal with the service. The lady behind the counter kept $3.00 of my change so I decided to just leave that as a tip and didn't bring it up. Fine. So 15 minutes later, the cook brings my food out to me. I ask him for some extra soy sauce and he says it's in the bag. So I look in the bag and they've given me ONE. No big deal. I'll just ask them again for more. What can I say... I like a lot of soy sauce. I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK!!! They gave me a nasty look and made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say, this will be the last time I visit this restaraunt.

Great thai food and fast service. I love their delivery service! Fast service and great containers. The portions are just right and the food is so fresh. The atmosphere so cozy you feel like you are at home.
Pros: Fast delivery, great service, awesome food!

GREAT FOOD! My friends and I have been faithful customers of Suriyo Thai Bistro since they have opened. The food and service are both great. If you want fresh and tasty food you have to try Suriyo.

I went there twice for lunch. It's in a calm area of the city. The place is small but they have a very nice decor inside. Nothing grand but pleasing nonetheless. It is worth checking out. There also the view of the "Hollywood" sign from the window. It seems like a new place because everything is neat and tidy. The food is priced cheap. The curries are OK. I have had better curries. The tofu could've been cooked/soaked longer. I didn't enjoy the coconut icecream much, but you might like it if you like it with less dairy products. May be I should try the fried banana next time.
Pros: Easy street parking, Decor, Less traffic
Cons: Food should improve
