Love it!

I met Frank through a friend at the Gym. I was thinking of going to him and I know I was impeding on his private time, which I hate to do. Its like asking a Doctor at a party to make a diagnosis... So, I made an appointment at his salon to have a consultation. Thought that would be the correct thing to do. I went in and he was so attentive to what I was telling him. He knew exactly what I wanted. I knew I could not afford to do everything with him and he made sure I was in the best hands for what I could afford. I had Ken do my color, which was amazing and affordable. Then I had Frank do my hair cut. I just felt so great when I left. I really felt like I looked the best ever. Everyone was amazing. Thank you for making me feel good.

I just want to say thank you to Frank and his staff. It has taken me years to get my husband away from that $12 barber hair "chop shop" . He finally went into Frank to get his hair cut. I know he did not want to pay the $$$ but it was going to be the couch or the bed... his choice. Frank gave my husband the best hair cut. My husband looked like a hot movie star. Thank you for making him look so great, and giving him executive service, I've told you in person thank you but I needed to do more. XXXXOOO

Thank you ALLURE!

I walked out looking so amazin, I needed to rush home change out of my yoga gear and get dressed up so I didn't waste this amazing feeling. The service was amazing the place was modern and so clean. Frank was so sweet and made me feel special. His assistant Karina was so attentitive. ALLURE's write up was spot on! I had the best 4th of July ever cuz I felt like a queen! I got so many coodos on my color! WOW.

One Stop Shop for Beauty/Wellness/Hair!!!

I love this place! It is my one stop Beauty/Wellness/Hair place. I just love how I can get everything done in one visit, no driving around all day searching for parking... paying for parking. I just go there and get it all done. And they are all great at what they do. First of the best waxer EVER is Germana. She is from Brazil and uses her own home made honey wax--- you can eat it the wax thats how natural it is. No pain and she is so professional, I felt like I was at my doctors office how sterile and clean everything was! Amazing. Then there is Dr. Anne Cooper she gives the best facials and she is a nutritionist/Chiropractor! I have the occasional acne and she has helped me control this. And Chantal who does my brows...man she is hot. I get my extensions (yes I'll admit to the fake hair) done by Michele. She is so fast! She does all the girls from Danity Kane. The quality of the hair is great and no one can tell that I have them. I'm never in pain and my hair never falls out. Then I go to Frank for my color & cuts. He is truly amazing. My hair looks like I have natural blonde hair (cuz I don't, trust me I don't). First he cuts wet with his scissors and then he blowdrys my hair out and further sculpts with his razor. Truly unreal, a true artistl! When I was in there last I saw Gwenith P. and I swear my color looked like hers. Everyone is so nice and attentive. I have never gotten attitude there. I'm always accommodated when I need an appointment. A loud shout out to FRANK STUDIO for making me look HOT!

OMG!!! I'm in Love with FRANK

I LOVE MY HAIR!!!!!! It is not something I have ever said before but, WOW!!! First off I walked in the door shamefully, due to the currant state of my hair. I thought OK they will have me here for 5 hours and it will probably cost me upwards of my mortgage but the price of beauty is "priceless". I sat down with Frank, himself and he calmed my fears instantly. Within 2 hours my mess of a mop was shiny and ready and worthy of a hair commercial! The price was less than I thought and the service across the board was great. I have found my guy and I am loving it!!!!!!!!!!!! I always felt small when I went in to a new salon but all my worries are gone now. I LOVE FRANK!

Amazing Highlights & Color! AMAZING FRANK!

Frank is amazing! My blonde hair never looked better and an amazing cut. I mean my color looked like it was when I was a kid! I have been looking at all the Magazines and when I saw Calista Flockhart's color, I needed to go to the guy that does them. And when I saw Emma Rosum's new look and it was due to Frank. I new it was time. I had the best service there, the staff was down to earth not like those Beverly Hills places. And during these economic times, they were very sensitive and willing to help me. Frank was so attentive and nice. Definitely a place I will call home now.

Fantastic Facialist-Ann Coope

My name is Barbara Wintroub, owner of Retrofit Pilates in Santa Monica. I recently received a facial from Dr. Ann Cooper, D.C.. It was wonderful! She has marvelous hands. Her space is serene, peaceful and calming. I felt a million times better when I left. If you are looking for a place to relax and take a deep breath.....I highly recommend giving Ann a try. You won't regret it.

an all around lousy experience

a friend of a friend recommended me to frank.. I went with high expectations, which turned out to be a mistake.

first of all I was the only person there, red flag number one. then I had to wait a full half hour for frank to finish chatting on his cell phone for my appointment to start. he did my cut and color which was mediocre at best. If you like chunky stripey high lights and a stylist that talks incessantly about himself then frank studio is the place for you.

oh, and when I got my bill it was over $400!!

I went to the salon when it first opened a few years ago and got a really great haircut from the stylist that was recommended but was put off by the rest of the staff......made me really reluctant to come. However, after making multiple trips to various salons in the LA area, I couldn't find a hair cut as good as I had at Frank's. Anyways, went back recently, the prior stylist was no longer there, but got a new one.

Had a great cut and color and this time around everyone was really nice. Would recommend this place to people.

I was charged about $100 to have my hair trimmed and a blow dry. Besides the long wait and the overcharge, the service was extremely poor.
