Best Malaysian food around. A very nice clean and friendly restaurant. During Malaysian New Years they make a special fruit salad to die for. Go there any time except Tuesday (closed). You wont be disappointed with any thing you order.

This review comes after my second time there and exactly after 1 year. The first time I had gone I did not know what to expect. This time I knew coz I had visited Kuala Lampur earlier this year. So I asked for something vegetarian with the famous black soy sauce and I liked what the waiter got me. It was with thin noodles and mildly friend strips of tofu and mushroom. Could have been a bit more spicy but then Im way up there with spice so mild spice lovers will like it. There might be a better place but I wanna go back to try their vast menu. And the best part is they will make anything veggie. EVEN the appetizers. Definitely recommend this place.

  • Pros: Many options (veggie too), inexpensive, lots of seating
  • Cons: None really but closes early at 10 on weekends.

After reading previous rating decided to go try it.

However, i was extremely disappointed.

I ordered the Curry chicken, but the curry is too light feels like mixed with a lot of water.

Rice did not cooked through....

would not go again

Yes, just like what politikchik said, the satay is aweful. I only go there for Chicken rice (steamed) and Ying Yang noddles only. Roti canai is ok.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. I always go there during lunch and dinner because the foods are so awesome that makes you drool and always come back for more. If you like spicy food, this is a good restaurant to eat. Some of my recommedations are the Steam poh piah, Satay, Roti (a must), Rojak (combination of fruit salad, highly recommend), Curry laksa, asam laksa, beef rendang, Hainanese Roasted Chicken, Mango chicken curry, Lamb curry, Assam fish, and so on.

For dessert, i would recommend the bobor bobor cha cha (with taro, yam and coconut milk), ice kacang , cendol ( shaved ice with jello and brown sugar, highly recommend). Some of their servings are pretty big, enough for you to eat with your family.

  • Pros:  Affordable price, great environment, great selection of foods, big serving, and great service
  • Cons: Parking

I had read a few good reviews of this place and decided to check it out. The price was right but the food was awful. The chicken satay looked like plastic and had no flavor. The curry was bland and greasy. I would not go back. Reminded me of what I would try to cook if I bought a Thai cookbook at a craft fair in Ohio - whitewashed, boring, full of transfats, and inauthentic.

  • Pros: cheap, quick, open fairly late
  • Cons: horrible food

It's affordable, tasty, fun, and best of all, it's yummy! The curry entrees are awesome. I love the Beef Rendang. Bring friends and family. You'll impress them.

  • Pros: affordable, tasty
  • Cons: parking

The best authentic Malaysian cuisine in the area, Yazmin has seafood claypot curry (not on the menu, but ask for it), roti, variety of fried noodle dishes and other specialties. For dessert, ask for Bo Bo Cha Cha, black rice pudding or fried bananas. Fresh coconut drinks and Jasmine tea available.

PROS: Authenic Malaysian cuisine; little wait time, big groups welcome

CONS: On busy Main St., but can park in one of several public parking areas

This restaurant...I can truly declare "what good food and service is". The food is very good, the menu is pretty extensive, and of course the staff is prompt and well mannered. The price is right and the space is unlimited. Great place to spice up your appetite without regrets-anytime, anyday!!

  • Pros: food, service, space
