LA's Best

As an attorney who travels frequently to the West Coast from Detroit I highly recommend this fantastic restaurant. The restaurant, which was purchased nearly two years ago by Joseph Keros, keeps alive a tradition that dates back 100 years. Mr. Keros, his wife and children are scions of a famous Detroit restauranteur, Gust Keros, who arrived in America from Kalamata, Greece at the turn of the 20th century. The Wave, with its friendly service, family involvement and dedication to quality food carries on this century long tradition. Whether you are seeking a special date, a family gathering or a discreet cocktail, the Wave is the place. This is where the elite meet to eat!
- Pros: Healthy Food, Great Prices
- Cons: None
Eclectic fare and martinis offer Beverly Center shoppers a food-court alternative.

In Short
This Vegas-style lounge is set off from mall hubbub by only a half wall of opaque glass, but somehow manages to stay quiet. Faux lava lamps illuminate the airy space, with its deep-red and blue palette, light wood, wicker tables and booths. "Elixirs" include a selection of beer and wine, martinis, coffee drinks and tropical cocktails. The diverse menu features starters, sushi, soups, salads and creative sandwiches, like honey-garlic Brie on pretzel bread.
