Feels So Good
by RickyS
I love Healing Hands and try to get Meredith. She has a 6th sense about what is going on with me. I think to is the best hour of my week and feel like a new person afterwards.
- Pros: Great Massage At A Great Price
This massage is like a dream come true!
by jenninla
This was my first massage from Healing Hands but it definitely won't be the last! It was the perfect combination of swedish and deep tissue and left me feeling amazing, and in a dreamlike state. I really appreciated that my masseuse Jennifer asked me what my preferences were, which never happens elsewhere. Anywhere else you pay for one type of massage and that's that. I highly recommend Healing Hands for anyone in need of serious stress relief! Thanks Jennifer!
- Pros: Personal service, excellent massage technique, price
- Cons: none
Best secret in town
by itainteasy
This is one of the very few massage places that have more than a couple talented masseurs/masseusses.
Highly Recommended. Tony, Craig, Jennifer, Brett are all awesome. Have never had a problem getting an appt. Never waited - appts are always on time and everything is clean and relaxing.
- Pros: easy parking, friendly staff, knowledgeable practitioners, great rates
no parking

I was happy with my massage however, parking on 3rd street!!! Too bad it is such a hassel. I rode around for 20 minutes.
Facilities Good. Massage was disappointing.

I asked the receptionist for someone who would do an excellent 90 minute focussed deep tissue on my upper back. When I say deep tissue, I want deep tissue. My guy had some weird technique that I've never experienced. I've had many massages, all different types, and this was just awkward. I really feel so disappointed for the experience. His touch was too light, he wasn't intuitive, and he didn't seem confident. What bummer. My back still hurts and I feel like I wasted my money and time. I'm going to contact the place directly with this feedback and have them recommend someone else to me. The place is really nice and I like the affordability, but I really didn't enjoy the massage. Very, very frustrating.
- Pros: Decent facilities, friendly staff
- Cons: Wrong therapist for me
Thank God for Healing Hands -- now with a Rolfer!
by lotusqueen
As a massage therapist, I've always felt really thankful for such a great place -- both locations are so convenient, the therapists are top-rate, and the price can't be beat. I have just begun receiving Rolfing sessions (a specific *very* deep tissue technique to re-align the body structurally) from Jon, and I can't stop talking about it. My wrist and forearms have never been so open, my legs are super happy during yoga practice now, and my feet have never felt better. My whole body feels alive. I highly recommend it, though it's pretty intense and not for the faint of heart. It's awesome!
Shocking!!!!

I just can't believe my eyes...I rarely write reviews, but felt so compelled after mwilliams crazy review. I've been seeing Adam for at least 3 yrs now and have never been disappointed. He is an amazing therapist. He does wonderful, deep, specific work. Which I assume requires the use of thumbs :) YOU ROCK ADAM!!
Worst Massage Experience Ever
by mwilliams1
I went to Healing Hands because of all the glowing reviews I read online. I was actually really excited for my treatment as I had been needing to get a massage for quite a while. As soon as my therapist (Adam) put his hands on me, I couldn't wait for the massage to be over. He basically massaged me with one hand, mostly what felt like his thumb, the whole time. He spent little time on my back and from my previous massage axperiences the back tends to be focused on. It just seemed like he was putting little effort into my massage the entire time. I help myself back from actually getting up and walking out in the middle of the massage. On top of the horrible massage, the room they put me in was so noisy. It was next to the front desk so the whole time I could hear the phone ringing and people walking around. Not relaxing at all. And to top it off, when my massage was over and I left the room, there was no one to be found...not my therapist to say thank you, not a receptionist, no one. I walked out of there feeling like I wasted my time and money and still in need of a good massage.
ASK FOR AARON!
by IsabelD
After a long day at work and an aching back I drove over the Healing Hands on W. 3rd St. The atmosphere is very quaint and relaxing. I booked a hour massage and got Aaron as my massage therapist. It was the best massage I've had in a long time. I left feeling totally rejuvenated and relaxed. I would definitely go back and ask for Aaron again.
Ask For Vann!
by Kasha19
Healing Hands is a great place to relax and wind down, and one therapist who goes the extra mile is Vann, who specializes in deep tissue and Swedish massage. I'm very particular - and get stressed out easily from work sometimes - but Vann was so welcoming and professional; he truly listened to my needs. His touch was incredibly therapeutic and intuitive, so needless to say I found a great therapist who helped me relax and release tension. Plus he uses aromatherapy in his sessions, which helped relived my allergies. Bonus! Great location on 3rd ST & Crescent Hts!
- Pros: Vann
