Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life!

My parents and I went to Laemmle on July 5th to catch a 10pm movie. We had a little Old Town traffic to get through, so we arrived a few minutes late. As soon as we approached and said what tickets we wanted to buy, the guy behind the window literally barked at us: "We're closed!" We said we didn't mind entering a few minutes late, but he was NOT having it. He very rudely said, "It's 10:25, we close at 10:15" - which would have been understandable HAD IT BEEN 10:25! It was actually 10:16 - even the kid behind me attested to that. The guy then slammed the window closed and proceeded to get up and leave -- while we stood there with our mouths open in shock! He left his backpack behind and literally stepped away so he wouldn't have to deal with us. He did this without so much as a simple apology (i.e. I'm sorry, but we're already closed for the evening. Please come back tomorrow), an explanation, or ANYTHING! We were beyond appalled at the rudeness and the ABSOLUTE lack of customer service shown by this man. My parents and I were extremely incensed for the rest of the night. Kindness is a virtue, and this person severely lacks it. I hope nobody else makes the mistake of getting to the theater one minute late - this man made us feel awful and showed his true ugly colors through his behavior. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back to that Laemmle! I have half a mind to call his manager up, too!

• Cons: The customer service is appalling.
