This has been my second 5 day visit to the LA area. The first was in October and the second I just completed. I found Pronto Limousine able to meet all my travel needs be they business, leisure or pleasure. I made all meetings on time, met with friends and family and the occasional night out for fun. The drivers were professional, courteous and patient. My routes were carefully timed and executed to get me where I needed to be on time. I would book a different car depending on my group or activity. I also found them to be flexible as sometimes my needs changed. Superb value at competitive rates. I will always be a customer and encourage others to try this service for their LA travel from landing to takeoff.
Pros: Clean, coutreous, competitive rates, ON TIME!!! , direct routes.

I've taken many car services since I travel once to twice a week domestically and abroad and found that Pronto was receptive and personable when I booked a car. More importantly, the car showed up on time, there was virtually no hassle with my bill, which was delivered via email as a pdf attachment, and the prices were reasonable considering how much a taxi costs and how much traveling by other limo services costs these days. I think they're definitely worth a try if you haven't found a good car service covering most of the LA area. Good luck traveling!

I believe that this service is the best service in L.A. I can have my personal chauffeur take me to the places that I need to go and everything. I love it.
