Wow! It’s so good to be hair-free!

I’m completing a laser treatment on my bikini and under arms and I’ve had the best summer! I didn’t ever have to do any last minute shaving or waxing and my skin is smooth… You won’t know the joy being hair free till you try lasering at Assara. Don’t wait… BE brave and try it! U won’t regret it.

Unprofessional, don't care about customers.

They are very unprofessional - went and had a very expensive treatment. And the nurse who administered the treatment claimed she had been the top selling or performing nurse. Her hand was shaky and she avoided the forehead which was an important part of the treatment. When I found the nurse to be completely inept I informed the front desk. When I called back to let them know I want the treatment done over as the treatment was very costly and since I have had the treatment many times before, I knew the difference this time.

I would stay far away from an outfit that uses your money but does nothing to care for you after they take it.

I made the right choice

I did a lot of research before becoming a client of Blue. These days you pretty much have to, with everything you hear going on with some of these places.

After researching them, and having a couple of friends encourage me to give them a try, I decided to trust them and give them a try.

I have been a client now for about 6 months, and have tried multiple services. I have gotten phenomenal results with all of my treatments. I have seen 2 different nurses/nurse practitioners there, and they have both been wonderful.

I am very happy with my decision, and wanted to take the time to write this review to say thank you to them and let the public know that you are making the right choice by going with them. I know I did.

• Pros: professional staff; have multiple services; convenient
• Cons: no street parking, but they do have back parking

DEFINATELY a Satisfied Patient

I researched & consulted 4 Med spa's before I chose Blue.

I was extremely impressed with everything about Blue. Not only is it a gorgeous setting, but I was mainly impressed with the professionalism & sincerity of the Nurses that I met with. The other Med Spa's that I consulted with rushed me, and a couple of them actually had me consult with their front desk girls that were young, uninformed, and would say anything to get my money.

I met with 2 of the nurses at Blue Med Spa, and they were both very knowledgeable on all the services that I was interested in. They took the time to answer all of my many questions.

I have now been a client there for 8 months, and have nothing but great things to say about Blue. I have since been doing laser hair removal, botox, and facials, and have had phenomenal results.

• Pros: Great Staff, Convenient Location, Free Parking

Always Thrilled with my results!

I've been to Blue at least 5-6 times for botox, restylane and juvederm injections. I've always been very pleased with the results. More than pleased...thrilled actually. Needless to say, it's always a bit worrisome when someone is sticking needles in your face and potentially altering your appearance. I want natural results - I do not want to look like a cartoon character with duck lips. I'm happy to say I've never looked unnatural or weird! I completely trust them with my face – they all seem to have an artists touch and a great sense of what will look natural. They have always made me look my absolute best. I highly recommend them! Beautiful office and a great gentle treatment – what more can you ask for?

• Pros: Cant go wrong. Always Happy!

No more Cellulite – yaaay!

I work out 5, sometimes 6 days a week. I am very fit, but unfortunately, have horrible Cellulite (it’s heredity). I have tried everything from creams, to wraps, to stopped drinking caffeine. Nothing has worked.

I did some research online for alternatives, and found something called Endermologie. The pictures were unbelievable. I called & scheduled an appointment for a consultation, and decided to pursue the treatments after meeting with their staff.

The best way to describe this treatment is very similar to a deep tissue massage done through a machine. All I have to say is it is unbelievable what it has done for me. Not only has it minimized my cellulite, but I have even lost some inches around my waist & thighs.

I can now officially say that I am ready for summer!

• Pros: they've have every treatment you can possibly want
• Cons: I wish I can do them all

definitely a solid place to give your money to

After being a victim of 2 places I have given my money to for pre-paid packages and then them going under on me, I decided to do a lot of research on my next place that I was going to give my money to.

I have been hearing about Blue Spa from many of my friends, as well as have read some write up’s about them in the past. I was always skeptical because I thought they were going to be outrageously priced because of their location & beautiful space. But after all that I have been through with the other places going under, I didn’t care if I had to spend a little more for a place that seems solid and won’t be skipping town with my money.

I called & scheduled a consultation with them. After going in and seeing the place, speaking with both the front desk & nurse practitioners, I felt comfortable enough to move forward with them.

I cannot begin to tell everyone how happy I am with my decision! I have been going there for 6 months now, and have nothing but great things to say about them. They have transformed my skin (I have suffered from acne my entire life), and well as got rid of all my ingrown on my bikini with laser hair removal.

I would HIGHLY recommend Blue to anyone looking for a place to go for all their beauty needs. (as well as a place to go that wont skip town with your money.) 

My skin has never looked so good

I have been to so many spas & Dr.'s offices in my years. Have purchased more products & had more treatments than my budget can handle. Then a friend of mine, which has similar problems with her skin as I do with mine, told me that she had been going to Blue and having a treatment called the laser Genesis done, and she loved it. So I decided to go in and have a consultation to see if this would work for me too.

I went in, had a consultation, and was able to do the treatment on the same day. It was not painful, AT ALL, and my skin looked great immediately after having the 1st treatment done. I have since been back for 3 more treatments, and have seen such a dramatic difference in my skins' texture.

I will swear by this treatment. It has done wonders to my skin.

• Pros: Results oriented. Beautiful setting. Great staff.
• Cons: you get addicted to the services

I drive all the way from Bakersfield to LA for Blue

Yes, I admit, I?m crazy for driving from Bakersfield to LA for treatments at Blue. But, after all of the horror stories and experiences I?ve had, IT?S WORTH IT!

I found Blue searching on Citysearch. Other review members seem to have done all of the treatments that I was interested in doing, and they all had some positive feedback, so I felt pretty confident giving them a try.

I called to get some information over the phone before I set up an appointment. The girl over the phone was so patient, knowledgeable, and sweet, that after 20 minutes on the phone with her, I decided to book an appointment to come down & give them a try. The appointment I set up was for laser hair removal on the bikini & underarms, and Botox (I was also considering doing Restylane for the first time.)

When I first got there, I was beyond WOW?D by how beautiful the facility was. The girls at the front were so sweet & helpful. They sat me down & answered a few questions I had prior to going in. A nurse practitioner by the name of Michele took me back and AGAIN went over everything with me. I felt so comfortable, that I ended up doing the treatment, plus the Restylane on my laugh lines!

I have since been back 3 times, and have seen different nurses & technicians, and have referred my mom & sister to Blue. We all love our results.

If any of you out there are researching med spas, LOOK NO FURTHER! Blue is definitely the place to go.

• Pros: Very professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Clean atmosphere.
• Cons: Quite a long drive from Bakersfield. (but worth it) :)

RESPONSE to Blue

Ive had botox done there twice, it lasted about 3 weeks tops.

The lady giving them, Michelle is very nosey, rude and has horrible breath

Worse off, The laser hair removal DOES NOT WORK.

I dont care what anyone says, IT DOESNT WORK

I had the same spot treated 9 times, and it still grows back.

The main thing that rubs me wrong is for a whole year being treated there, I get the credit slip to sign, and it was more than expected, when I asked the girl said "Oh, this is the real price, youve been getting charged less the whole time"

They never informed me of this until then, I was very uncomfortable with them overcharging my card without telling me first, a more professional way of handling the situation would have been to inform me first.

I will never return to this place because the laser hair remover they so proudly rave about did NOTHING for me! After I paid over a $1000 for one spot and got nothing in return.

This place is sketchy in my opinion, maybe they are good in other areas, I dont know, but I do not recommend hair removal here. WASTE OF MONEY
