Victor Hugo, has to be one of the best hair dressers this city has to offer. I have been withness to his magic for over 20 years. He has a great perosnality and loves to make you beautiful not by what he wants but allways gives you what you want. He also is a great colorist. His prices are great for the work he does they should be higher, hes is the best kept secret that soon every body will know about.

When I moved to L.A. three years ago, I heard from word-of-mouth that Victor was the one to see if you needed color. Thank God I listened. He listens carefully to your wants and you can count on his artistic and experienced eye to guide you if you need it.

Victor knows his way around hair and color! My partner and I have been going to Victor for 3 years almost relifiously to have him work his hair magic. He is caring and attentive and definitely personable! Why else would we drive our hour-long commute to L.A. from Long Beach!?

Perfect!

While living here in L.A. for three months, it was difficult to find the right person for my needs. Victor was welcoming, and he treated very well. He works with confidence and will keep you at ease. My mother owned her own salon, which gives me insight on the issue. He definately knows what he is doing, as well as what you need done.

Victor is great!

First thing, He checks in , and connects with you...before every session begins he has a conversation with you to see exactly what you want. I can bring pictures or simpy describe other hairstyles and Victor can make them come to life.

Victor is a master at color, all over, highlights, chunks...I've ask everything of him and he always delivers. He accomadates me, makes me feel special when he is working on me and his cuts are

so good that months after, styling is still easy and I

still get compliments....Victor is by far the BEST!

Victor Hugo is the most professional, courteous and the most talented stylist/ make up artist I have ever worked with. Victor treats each and every individual as if they were Hollywood celebrity by taking every step down to the last detail to make every person look their very best. I'm even hiring Victor as my private hair and make up artist for my new modeling pursuits. He's incredible!!
