worst customer service and they are pushy sales people trying to get you to purchase a packages rather than catering to your immediate needs. they really need to revamp their training over there

Basically I've been coming to Sunset Tan for about 2 years now and have never left unhappy. They have really good looking sales people, always playing amazing music, and its just a very warm and comfortable atmosphere. You don't feel like you are in a tanning salon. You feel like you are in a club/spa and its a very relaxing and cool experience. I've tried beds and other mystic machines at many many other salons and nothing compares to the high pressure level 5 beds and the California tan towers which always spray me with the perfect shade... I'm not gonna lie, a few times of come out too tan and i love it. I'm pale so I've always been nervous to tan because i always thought i was going to turn out orange but the solution they use is more of a brown mocha-ish color so I've come out with a really natural perfect looking tan... i also have a lot of freckles which i try to hide and doing the cal tan towers my body looks more blended and natural, sometimes i do level 1 to get a nice good natural glow and other times i do level 2 so it looks like i just got back from vacation, all depends on my events and my mood but ive never been happier. I definetly recommend the famous "cocktail" - it really works building your tan from the inside and outside as well.

Sunset Tan is the best salon with the best sales staff. I couldn't be more satisfied... The employee who customed me took the time to make me feel really comfortable... very spa-like. I am hooked.

Ive been tanning for about 3 years now. I heard about Sunset Tan and so i decided to give it a try. I walked in to the sepulveda loation and was greeted by 2 gorgeous ladies. The energy was amazing . They looked like they loved there job and were very enthusiastic to show me around and get me acquainted with the different types of beds in the salon. The packages and specials offered were at a great price and the tan i walked out with was amazing. I ended up doing the level 5 high pressure and felt like i really got my moneys worth. Sunset tan is my recommendation for friendly, upbeat, professional environment on top of a great tan.

Okay so i've been against tanning beds for a while, but after doing some research this places seems to have the best technology and overall tanning knowledge of any other. Their beds are top of the line, and I'm obsessed with the Cal tan tower sunless spray they have. ..so Ive given in. I seriously look like a whole new person, i'm a big fan.

I am addicted to "cocktail tanning" at Sunset Tan. This is what they call tanning in a bed first then finishing off with a mystic session. The perfect combination for a great all around glow. One cocktail and you're ready for the weekend. The decor and music is as hip as their staff and the salon is spotless. Definately check out Sunset Tan!

SO i dont care what anyone says...if you think you got bad service you must have been bad to them because they were wonderful to me. I saw 2 different girls and a guy. All knew everything there is to know about tanning and were very helpful! Parking was a little tight, but thats because everyone goes there!! My color was wonderful! And as for the mystic, i used to work at a tanning place and the only way a spray tan can turn you orange is if the customer doesnt prepare properly. my mystic is FLAWLESS!! :) I love you guys and keep up the good work!!!

I was so impressed with the knowledgable staff at Sunset Tan. I learned more about tanning today than I ever thought, and in turn, it helped me to reach my tanning potential. The friendly staff took me through every step of the tanning process. Thank you Sunset tan!

I got the worst service and then they expected me to spend a minimum of $200 with the gift certificate I thought was a gift! THEY ACTUALLY TRIED TO GET ME TO SPEND $1,000 The free gift card was just a way to get me in the door and take my money. The mystic machine is OLD and smells bad!!! I would hate to see the tanning beds! I spent $40 to spray tan one time, with my $50 gift card they took! WHAT A JOKE! Jennie

Sunset Tan has the coolest vibe!!! Great ambience! I felt like I was walking into a nightclub... really lifted my spirits. Not to mention, they are going to have a TV show premiering on ETV starting May 28th... WOW...
