The Crew is fine, but watch out for gouging

The crew was 1/2 hour late. We never discussed how long they would be here. I figured about 3 hours. I received a call saying that If I wanted them to stay for 3 hours, it would cost me extra because the owner would not pay for the extra time. When I questioned Debbie the owner, she pointed out that having 3 people there was like having 9 hours of cleaning and that my house was too dirty. When I started to challenge this, she hung up on me. I feel bad for the crew because according to them, she won't pay them for the extra time.

The Best Cleaning Service I have had

I did not even know that there were affordable licensed and bonded cleaning services like Lily White. The peace of mind that comes from working with a established / professional business does not have a price. Not only I was ALWAYS pleased with the detail-orientation of their work, but one day I was surprised to see the owner drop by my house to assure that I was pleased with the service. I miss not having them now as I moved too far for them, but I will certainly contract them again in a heart bit. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

They even clean the corners

I own a 8000 sq. ft. home. I was having a surprise Birthday party. The Lily White crew came in, CLEANED top to bottom, left within 4 hours. They used their own supplies. I could not have been happier. I recommened Lily White to a friend of mine, she hired them at the last minute and was estactic over the job they did and the amount she was charged. She is going to hire them on a twice a month basis. She usually use the Maid serivce.

They don't Cut Corners they Clean Em!!!!!

The crew arrived 5 minutes early and quickly got to work they did an impecable job on a Deep Cleaning of my home. I was especially impressed on the detailing of the bathrooms, it sparkled and shined no more hard water deposits. They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies. They were most respectful of me. Love Em will continue to use them once a week. And the Price was Terrific...........The owner Debbie called me later in the day to make sure I was happy with the job or she would send them back WOW thats class.

Best housecleaning in the San Fernando Valley

I've known the owner Debbie and her crew for years. They are the only cleaning service I trust and I have recommend Lily White to my family and friends - even those who are hard to please. This service has been around for a long time - for a reason. They are honest and hard working. I've had many cleaning services throughout the years - this one's a keeper.

Consumer Beware

I have horrible experiences with Lilly White and have to say beware to the consumer. I tried over and over to use this company in order to support a woman in bus. but they are horrible. Their cleaning is ok...but the way they handle bus. is horrible. I discontinued my service and they entered my home with out me being there and without permission and cleaned my house. They attempted to do this again but thankfully I was home to intercept them coming thru my garage. How violating it was to come home and discover that someone had been in my home and I didnt even know who it was, due to the constant overturn of employees.

Another time they came to clean very late, she sent two men and im a woman and was here alone, that was scary and they actually refused to finish the job on that day because it got to late and I had to wait for them to return the following day.

The straw that broke the camels back is that Debbie has no idea what is going on in her bus office and that is scary due to the fact that they have cc#s etc. Her office manager attempted to steal all of debbies clients by offering the services of her own cleaning crew and spoke of the bad management, the untrained employees and the constant turnover.

I dont know about anyone else but this bus. comes with unneeded drama for mediocore services. You get what you pay for, which is a sour mop and a skim on the surface and a whole lot of excuses

BEST HOUSE/BUSINESS CLEANING SERVICE IN THE VALLEY

BEWARE OF NASTY REVIEW WRITERS!!!!!! I have used Lily White Cleaning for over 10 years, aside from the normal employee changes this company is great. Debbie is a MASTER Business Woman with a kind heart, and a great head for business. One who can SPOT A CON. Her employees are trained and professional, sure sometimes they miss a spot but are always ready to go back in and fix it. Debbie always listens to the VALID complaints and corrects them. I particularly know what happened with this woman and basically the work was done except for a few missed areas she went balistic and even after the bill was cut down she still ranted now what she wants the job for NOTHING! When you refuse to not let people back in to correct things you have no one but yourself to blame. Blame me once shame on me, blame me twice SHAME ON YOU. This is a good company licensed bonded and insured but the Integretity is PRICELESS. go Debbie Great Job...... Happy and Prosperous New Year.
