Caring, dependable, helpful

Caring, dependable, helpful. She really listens and is great helping parents with kids and helping the kids. When kids have huge anger issues, it turns a family upside down. She really understood this, didn't judge us, and helped. Plus we have stepkids and she really helped with this. Just understanding what was going on helped make things better. She doesn't know it all-- she worked with us to see what we wanted and helped us reach our goal.
