Best Bankruptcy Attorney!!

Let me start off by saying that I have never received a service that has been worthy of me taking the time to post an online review. However, I feel that I now need to for the exceptional service I received by Bayer, Wishman & Leotta. I was in need of a bankruptcy attorney and reluctantly had begun the grueling task of seeking one. I made two calls to attorneys claiming to be the answer to all my troubles. One never returned my call and the other made me feel like such a failure for getting myself into this situation. I made one more call to Bayer, Wishman & Leotta and let me tell you I struck gold! I called early one morning and was extremely surprised to find that Mr. Bayer himself had answered the phone. We spoke about my situation in brief and then scheduled an appointment to meet in person. Amazingly after only that one phone call Mr. Bayer had given me hope that there was light at the end of the tunnel. We met that same week and the rest is history. I was unable to file for Chapter 7 (which would have been the best scenario) but was able to re organize my debt under a Chapter 13 (at the time seemed like the worst case scenario) I can not believe that was almost 5 years ago. I have had to communicate with Mr. Bayer on a few occasions over the 5 year period and he always remembered me and my situation, responded quickly diligently handled my issues. Due to the current economic changes I have found the need to refer friends to Mr. Bayer and his practice and have done so with no fear of regret. If you find yourself in the position where you are in need of a bankruptcy attorney look no further!

The best bankrptcy lawyer ...

I was led to Leon Bayer's bankruptcy web site and found him to be a true professional. He is very knowledgable and honest. I am now free from debt and my nerves are totally eased. I don't ever want another credit card. My Debit Card is sufficient. Thanks to Mr Bayer for getting me back on the right financial track. I would recommend him to my best friend and family if I hear that they are in financial trouble.

Outstanding Service and Results!

I will never forget the day I went in for my initial consultation with Leon Bayer. I was terrified at the thought of filing for Bankruptcy and Leon put me at ease. He explained the process and told me we could get started that day. I asked him if there was hope for us and he said "I don't promise hope, I promise results." He delivered on his promise. We were able to establish a plan that is totally feasible. The stress and sleepless nights are gone. I highly recommend Leon Bayer and his firm. They are extremely professional and well known and respected in the Bankruptcy courts.

From the first moment I had contact with Mr. Bayer, he put me at ease over my difficult decision to file bankruptcy. My financial problems had become too overwhelming for me. My decision to file was quite emotional for me because in my wildest dreams I never thought that I would find myself in that predicament. Mr. Bayer was highly recommended to me by a friend who also experienced difficult financial times.

I was assured by Mr. Bayer and his staff that I was in good hands. And I have to say that they were 100% correct. Everything ran smoothly from the moment that I submitted my required documents and financial information to Mr. Bayer. In less than a week most of the telephone calls and letters that I had been receiving from my creditors began to diminish. And within less than two weeks, they all ceased. That was a major stress reliever. Even with the court backlogs, THE WHOLE PROCESS, from the first time I spoke to Mr. Bayer on the telephone asking him for his assistance to the moment I received my DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR document in the mail, TOOK LESS THAN SIX MONTHS.

During the process, each and every time that I spoke to Mr. Bayer or his staff I was treated with respect and compassion. All of the assistance and information that I requested from them was given to me immediatley -- usually with in a few hours if that long.

Excellent Service, Honest with Integrity!

I was facing a complex financial catastrophe. I spoke to several different bankruptcy lawyers who were reluctant to take my difficult case. Some said they felt they lacked the experience to handle it for me, others said it was too challenging. Another lawyer suggested that I consult Leon Bayer. I did just that. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, Leon effortlessly unravelled the complexities of my case, and was able to simplify the issues. He relished my case that other lawyers were afraid to handle. Happy and relieved to receive this level of service, I retained him to handle my Chapter 7. Every nuance of the case went smoothly with no problems, and it all worked out just as he had predicted the first time I met with him. Even with my many questions, Leon was always there by my side to accurately advise me. It's unbelievable, but Leon is a lawyer that actually returns calls promptly, fairly charges, and most especially, really cares about his clients. If all the lawyers were just like Leon, nobody would ever tell another "lawyer joke." Not As Scary As I Imagined...

Filing bankruptcy is something I never imagined I would have to do. It just seemed like such a negative reflection of me as a person. Fortunately, when I began to believe I might need to consider this option, I was directed to Leon Bayer at Bayer, Wishman & Leotta. Mr. Bayer is 'my kind of person'. He is friendly, direct and to the point, and instilled an easy confidence in me that he could and would handle everything, keeping me in the loop. While I certainly wish that filing bankruptcy had not been necessary, I am confident Mr Bayer's advice was sound and I can now move on with my life without the incredible stress that I was dealing with.

Great Attorney

I was confused, not sure if BK was the way to go. Mr. Bayer reviewed my situation and gave me feedback based on my personal scenario. I left and said I'd think about it. I ended up contacting him several more times with questions and each time received very helpful advice. I finally filed and was guided through the process by Mr. Bayer himself and his helpful and knowledgeable assistant. Overall great experience in a not so great situation.
