This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites.

by Contributor at Citysearch

In Short
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.

Lazy service

by eatathe at Citysearch

We have been to other locations(Pasadena, Las Vegas) and they all have great service.

It seems that in this particular location they care less about customers. It will take 15 or 20 minutes till your waiter approaches you and takes the orders for drinks. Food is great just like other locations.

They need to train their staff better, they need to be more friendly.

One thing I know for sure, we are not going back there again.

  • Pros: Great food
  • Cons: lazy service, careless staff

Everything is always great here!

PF Chang's is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. The food is always consistent and I've only ever gotten great service here! If there is every a problem, a manager will promptly take care of whatever you need. I've dined at PF Chang's all over the country and have always been satisfied. The restaurant in the Burbank Media Center lives up to the chain's reputation. It can get really busy in the evenings, so here's a tip, if you walk up and notice a long wait take a card, give them a call on your cell phone and make reservations (they take them in 15 minute increments) so chances are, you'll get seated before the people waiting. You can't leave without trying the chicken lettuce wraps. I love the Mongolian Beef and also the broccoli chicken. Everything is great here!

  • Pros: Consistent no matter which one you're in!
  • Cons: Can get very busy and have long waits

Americanized Chinese food, cool ambiance

by dmenkes at Citysearch

I've eaten at this particular PF Chang's a number of times (as well as others all over CA), and the most satisfying was a late lunch on a hot weekend, sitting out on the front patio with water mist spraying down. The food's pretty much the same at all the PF Chang's, and for chain-food you could do alot worse. Our service was horrible outside and it was a good thing we weren't in a rush. Inside at the bar our service was best as we had a bartender right there whenever we needed him.

  • Cons: bad service at times
